I must be mistaken for some one else. I walked from my new home on Lynwood and asked for a walk in, politely was told nothing is available. So I rated based on that. How ever, the aggressive behavior is duly noted. I'm sorry that you had a bad moment with some one. I'm 4 mins walking distance, I can walk there so you can see I'm not who you assume, an hopefully get apology for how you attacted me in a way with such aggression. Unbelievable

Everything I was looking for in a salon. Great service. Took the time to know me. Knows the history of San Anto and the neighborhood. Ended up with a great cut and conversation. Next time I'm doing nails and hair!

I went here to get my hair cut last minute on new year's eve and I was very happy that they were open and willing to take a walk in. I got a regular mens hair haircut for a very good price. I would call their work Exceptional!!!

Wouldn't recommend this shop at all. The male counterpart/owner actually exited his place of business and attacked myself and my disabled partner last year . I have filed charges on him for his premeditated assault and will follow through with it.

I have gone here for years. The owners do great work, are reasonably priced and are fun to be around. My 14 year old grandson, who lives out of town, only wants his hair cut by Marty. I would highly recommend Profiles's. Becky R
