Hi everyone! I’m new to Texas, came in just a 6 month ago and when time came to file the taxes I just was browsing on Google to find a tax group. I have read a lots of reviews on a lots of companies and did choose Pro Tax Plus. And I’m very happy about this!!!! I made an appointment and my tax prep was Michelle Gonzales. I worried a lot because I had too much access to claim and thought I will need to pay a lots of money and will not to get anything back! But I was wrong!!! Michelle did a great job! She is very knowledgeable , she did outstanding job and she explained everything to me step by step and told nothing to worry about!!! I’m HIGHLY recommended Michelle and Pro Tax Group!!! Definitely will be back next year!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!

Christian Trigo is awesome at what he does! He has always been able to help me with my taxes and go over everything if I have any questions ! I got my refund within a week of filing! He’s very professional & great at his job and highly recommend going to see him if you need your taxes done!

Michelle was amazing! Super knowledgeable and kind. I hadn’t filed for 3 years with sporadic freelance work, W-2s, 1099s, a 1098-T and things I was uncertain about that she was able to help me get all straightened out. I was just trying to get out of hot water but ended up with a return that made my jaw drop. I’ll definitely be back next year!

My husband & I did our taxes kind of last minute on the 12th since we’re so new to SA but THANKFULLY Michelle was able to get us in last minute & finish our taxes so quickly. She explained everything in a manner we understood & we now have our place for our future taxes. Definitely will be back!!
