Dropped my car off for minor repairs. Was informed that car would be complete and returned the following week. However now 3 weeks later my car is still not ready, no one answers the phone at this place, my insurance was giving me a hard time with the rental insurance since it has been so long. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN YOUR CALL FOR THE STATUS UPDATE. I hope to NEVER use them again, I really hate that this is the service for BMW across the board here. If you want to drop your car off and get it next year without a status or call the. Go here for your BME services. My advice is to take the chance at another place possibly out of state. I hate it here.
