They let my son come home with bruises on his face, scratches & other injuries because they allowed a boy to bully him. They did nothing about it at all, i had to pull him out. He also didnt learn much. Be weary!

Update your policy about animals on campus... You don't have any. Today I was treated as if my 7week puppy was harming you all... And being asked by an officer to go put him in my hot car. Which I have brought him before and was told nothing and if someone would have told me the first time I never would have brought him again!!!!!!! Seriously like if I was some criminals making a scene with both the officers y'all are ridiculous! He wasn't aggressive or barking or going to anyone people asked me to pet him and he was on a leash. And in my hands..

I don’t have a child in the PreK4 SA at 3635 Medical Dr.,but I have watched, every time they fill the blue water jug with the white lid that is attached to the Oak tree, they use a green water hose from the outside water faucet. THIS is not good. Maybe they should invest in a better outdoor water system for the children. I didn’t let my kids drink from a water hose 15 years ago. Since most hoses are made in China these days, there is no telling what they are made out of now!!

I’ve heard great things about the west education center and east so I didn’t hesitate enrolling my son. He started coming home with bruises and red marks telling me he would get hit, was pushed from the top of the slide at recess. Every time something happened outside he told me a teacher never saw and when he would tell they didn’t care. When I talked to his teacher about it her response is that during outside learning she’s at lunch so she wouldn’t know!! & if it happened In the classroom she would tell me “well they were playing this game and that’s why he may have a red mark on his arm” like oh okay so you’re allowing this to be done and physical harm being done to him. As if the game they were playing was justification to his injuries. My son was playing tag with a teacher and group of students and when he was tagged the teacher wouldn’t let him be it bc he was “acting too crazy” when my son doesn’t even raise his voice past a “indoor voice” level ever! Another time when in another learning classroom he was playing with his friends the teacher randomly told them to sit down and read a book??? He told me he was confused bc he felt like he was in trouble but wasn’t sure what he did wrong. Almost every afternoon when I would pick him up his shoes were untied at first I was on him about asking his teacher for help but then he brought to my attention that himself and many other students ask for help and the teacher replies to give her a minute & just forgets. At first I was iffy about his response bc I had heard such great things about this school until I heard another parent of his classmate ask her son why his shoes are always untied and he told his mom that the teacher always forgets to help him toe his shoes and after he told his mom that she got very upset with him and he got in trouble. It was then I knew my son was being 100% truthful about the situation. I confronted his teacher again and she said that she just doesn’t have the time to be tying his shoes throughout the day. I thought that was RIDICULOUS bc she also voiced that at his age he can not grasp the concept of tying shoes therefore NEEDS assistance but she doesn’t have time for it??? There were many times I would also reach out to the teacher and she would just NOT RESPOND to me!!! So then I took it upon myself to try to talk to the director about the issues my son was having in the classroom. I left my number, email, name multiple times in person and on voicemail bc apparently she has meetings at all hours of the day that last almost all day and I NEVER heard from her. After months of trying to resolve these issues with his teacher and over a month of no reach out from the director I decided my son wouldn’t be going back to the north side location until I talked to the director. Even after letting them know that no one contacted me. So I withdrew my son. I’ve never known a school to dismiss a child like so! It was appalling and I hope no other child goes through what mine did. It was heart breaking when my son would cry bc he liked being with his friends and school but didn’t understand why he was being treated this way!!!

PreK 4 SA is impeccable. My daughter attends school here and we have never had any issues at all. The teachers are well educated and so patient. The only downside is that they can be a little hyperactive when a child shows any sign of illness but I'm not sure that's a bad thing. If your child is going to go here try to get them in room 1. The lead teacher in that class has been the best advocate I could've ever asked for for my daughter. All the teachers in that class are simply amazing. I only have good things to say about the staff here.

My son just graduated from the east center. It is an excellent school and I highly recommended enrolling in the program. My son has excelled beyond my wildest beliefs. He's learned all his basic academics as well as how to socially interact with kids which was hard for him because he never attended daycare. The staff is extremely friendly and they ALL go the extra mile to make sure they know not only the student but the parents as well. I truly love this school and my next baby will be going in 2017. Thank you prek4sa for starting this program!
