I don't recommend , rude and unprofessional . Went in for a simple job "business cards" Took almost 2weeks , color was wrong and unsatisfied with the results . I was told to leave . They only care for your money

Didn't think it was all that much to have some vehicle lettering produced. Went in, spoke to someone and was able to provide artwork and layout. Person I spoke too was going on vacation and passed the job to someone else. 1 week later, still no word. Communication was weak and lettering was done elsewhere. Had heard good things about this place. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I experienced.

I’ve done work with them a couple times now and have had no problems. Most recent was a banner I needed on extremely short notice and they came through! Definitely will recommend and continue business with them!

I found Powergrafx in the nick of time for my first ever promotional event. Robert created my new business cards and new updated “logo stickers” right in front of me. These guys are top notch and keep their promise. Even roof damage from the thunder storm did not deter them. Orlando came through with my postcards and my two badass stand up banners. Thank you Powergrafx for coming through and making my Tonsore Master Academy promotional event a huge success.

I work for Ike's AC and my boss needed a couple of vehicles vinyl wrapped. We contacted Robert at Powergrafx Signs and he did an awesome job on our vehicles. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for awesome quality work. He went above and beyond in customer service. So go and visit him if you are looking for quality signs, banners, business cards or vinyl wraps.

Robert is an expert at what he does.. He will make sure its perfect.. I cant thank him enough for making what we wanted happen.. New mods to come .. wonderful company, great service, he's busy but will always make time... TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT.. i cant stop looking at my Tundra everyday!!

I had called this business for a quote, looking up my make & model's back windshield measurements, then I was given a quote. I had made an appointment to see robert on a Monday around 10 am. When I showed up robert was not there. Orlando looked very confused when I showed up but had me write/draw what I was wanting took measurements (again) and pictures of my car. About a week and a half later I emailed robert with any possible updates on the design. Mind you, I provided pretty much everything, they didn't "design" anything. He told me that there was miscommunication between the two and he'll have my layout out in about 15-20 mins. So we eventually came to a final sample and I was given an invoice. I paid the invoice on September 2nd (Monday). Tuesday I contacted robert to set up an install time/date up. He told me he had availability "Wednesday through Thursday". I responded with "tomorrow". Then he turned around and said he doesn't have any availability tomorrow, conversation attached. So then I just said Thursday. Thursday came and I could not make the appointment, I let robert know this. I asked robert if Friday afternoon worked and even asked what time not to show up in case they go to lunch and he responded with anytime because they don't leave for lunch. Friday afternoon comes, I show up a few minutes after 12:20 and Orlando again looked very confused why I was there but eventually remembered what I needed done. About 15 minutes later robert came out and said "there's a problem". The machine he needed was at a location on commerce?? Downtown SA???! He then tells me if I want it done they can do it in a DIFFERENT COLOR, which tells me MY STUFF WAS NOT READY. Why isn't my stuff done at this point?? He makes it no big deal and asks me to come back tomorrow and takes measurements of my car (AGAIN). As I'm driving back to work I get an email from robert saying the design we agreed on won't fit my car correctly (some BS) so we need to add more to the right side to even it out?! WHY WAS THIS NOT DISCUSSED?! I asked for my money back at this point and he wants to charge me for a "cancellation fee" when there was nothing ever discussed, about these fees. Nothing was signed. It's a charge for the "artwork", excuse me, I provided everything (twice). All they did was put it together on a black screen. Horrible customer service from incompetent people. I'll definitely make sure no one I know uses this business.

Hands down!! Robert is very professional, great designer and great at his work. If you are looking for signs, car or truck designs for your business look no further. Robert’s installers are one of a kind! My truck looks very professional thanks to Powergrafx Signs. Overall I will rate this place a whopping ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS!! Trust me you will be very satisfied with the work that they do!!

This place was so good I told them exactly what I wanted for my son's custom babyshower. Sent them the images and they gave us an amazing price and no issues about the image size. He was able to enlarge the image to the fullest with amazing color. They turned out perfect and was in a long wait. Had it in 2 days. I had spoke with another print place and they kept hassling me about the size of the image. Not here Easier than expected.
