“This particular post office is located downtown right off the access road. That’s all I got for you there. But the people are eager to help and eager to please and actually good at what they do and seem to be enjoying doing it. That’s a rarity everywhere you go these days. “This young guy helped me today when I went in I didnt catch his name but he had glasses short hair and black polish. There was a guy was a wait in line but as I waited I heard him greeting customers in a very polite manner and he even helped the people physically when they didn’t know what to do. I also only waited like 5 mins in line he was pretty fast.”

She was very courteous, helpful and professional about voter registration information where I could not figure out. She was able to help me with Voter registration number, precinct and school district number. She was able to help with all the information I needed and I was able to send my mail! “Post offices get too much slack about customer service. Guys, this isn't a 5 star restaurant, it's a post office. Chill.
Overall, clean and well stocked. Gentleman working the front desk was very friendly!
Tip, bring your own tape, I've been shipping through USPS for over a decade, they've never offered tape and never will, they don't need to. Go to Walmart and buy a $0.50 tape.

“I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.”

“This location is great and super convenient. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I wish the hours at this location were longer and/or that they would add a package drop off kiosk because I often am not able to go during the short open hours (currently 10 am-1pm). If my package is larger than 4x4 it doesn't fit in the drop chute. I think that would increase the business here as well.”

I forgot a certain form and I forgot to copy the back of my DL, but she was so kind to take care of that for me. “I've noticed that this PO has a lot of negative reviews but I wanted to take the time to recognize an employee that was really helpful. Carrie (sp?) listened to my concerns about not being able to obtain my mailbox keys. Later that day, I found them under my door mat. “I didn't have a mailbox key.
They said it could take two weeks to get a new one. Enrique Quezada, the mail carrier, took my problem into his hands. After two days, he delivered three mailbox keys to my door

The seals for the box I purchased were not sticking so I asked “if She could add more tape?” Her response … “ in a rude tone was No! You’ll have to purchase more tape!”
I have read that the USPO is operating in the red…. However you need better help!

“This location does not have a customer service window. I know that when I ring that buzzer I am interfering with their regular job duties, and I try to be courteous and kind to the person that opens the window to help me. I have always been very satisfied with the service I have received.Believe me, it's not their fault that our packages sometimes don't get to us, and they would prefer that it did. Just remember that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.”
“I've had to visit this annex twice so far concerning packages related to my mother's passing. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! Postal workers deserve our respect. So don't forget to say 'hi' once in a while to your local postal carrier.”

“This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.”
