this location is the worst ever. DO NOT EAT HERE! drinks are always flat. tenders are tiny and really old! they get upset when you ask for sauce after they forgot to put any in the bag. customer service sucks here too. you can’t ask for more that is given.

I see I am not the only one who had a rude experience at this location. I literally just got home from this location. I don't know who worked the drive thru between 6:30 and 7 but he was incredibly rude. I waited patiently and after 5 minutes said and he said hold on. Was quick and short in taking in my order of a 2 piece spicy combo with a coke. When I got home the 2 piece was not spicy and the coke was not coke. Would not recommend.

They don't use gloves, they don't have hygiene control, they scratch their face, touch their nose and that's how they grab everything ? the cashier was kind; but they do need to pay more attention to hygiene policies

Not the best Popeyes in town. They are understaffed, service is spotty, and lack of kitchen staff means they batch cook, not cook to order. The chicken tends to be dry, either overcooked or two long in advance. The only reason I go there is I love red beans and rice. Just wish they would bring back dirty rice as well.

We just moved to the area from a place that was an hour from the closest Popeyes. I was excited to be so close until last night when I tried the food. We went through the drive through at about 7PM and ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. We took them home (3 minutes) and were so disappointed. They smelled old, they looked old, the little bit of sauce looked congealed. Even the pickles were stacked on top of each other and the bun was burnt and stale. I'm writing this review in hopes the regional will see it and do something about it.

Unfortunately I was bound to eventually have a bad experience with Popeye's Chicken but every time I've decided to make this chain my choice for dinner it's decent. But tonight I'm hoping the staff were just ready to go home which I understand. Although tonight 3-16-24 at 11 P.M.ish I feel like I didn't get the quality of service all food chains thrive for. Which is "Consistency and Superior service" not on tonights menu. The person taking orders was most likely the manager who was probably busy counting the deposit for the day as coins could be heard being counted. He seemed to be multi-tasking because when I pulled up to the window he asked to repeat my order which I did repeat. Chicken sandwich combo with Sprite since they had no sweet tea,which was flat and the new wings and honey sauce and blackened ranch. Never got a receipt, said everything was in the bag and just as I pull up to the the driveway at home 15 min away guess what was not in there? No wings , No sauce , No utensils, no condiments, and no damn receipt. So here I am writing this unapologetic review because I feel robbed. I feel for the manager and staff 30 minutes till closing time but ? should of just been honest and upfront and not assure me everything is there when clearly it wasn't . It's just one time of the countless times I've chosen Popeye's for dinner, and I'm now conflicted if I wanna give late dinner or even the franchise my money ever again.

Food tasted old, fish sandwich was hard as a rock, Mac and cheese tasted gross and old, went to pick up my order and they even say thanks. I wasted my money on this place. Gross!

There’s management issues here,it’s the only way it can possibly be this bad. 30+ minutes in the drive thru and I’ve seen 3 cars move, can’t say it’s the first time I’ve seen this here either.

Probably the most incompetent manger at this location. I was told I had to wait 10 mins for my refund . After it’s their damn fault that u had to even ask my a refund. Hopefully the Gm Jerry can train the crew better .

Non edible wasn’t exactly what I had in mind when I asked for extra mayo. What is wrong with these workers?! Also, the drinks were both absolutely disgusting/unable to be consumed.
