Had a great experience they allowed me to come back the same day after not having all of my verification needed to do my fingerprints. Forgot to get the workers name but she was wonderful and very helpful and well mannered.

I walked into this place on 3/25/24 maybe around 11am to 11:30ish, in 2yrs I've been here maybe about 15 times, so not that often, I had 2 packages one was ready, but the other I forgot to tape the label on the box, the box was fully packed up tape and everything, just the label needed 2 pieces of tape. Well I was told I had to pay FULL price for packaging services! The tape gun was right next to this old lady, I did not need her to pack it, she could have handed me 2 pieces of tape or I could have cut it myself. Literally .05 cents worth of tape that I would have paid for but nope, this lady knows nothing of customer service. To let somebody walk out over 2 pieces of tape is insane. And this place never has anybody there. Of the 15 times or so I've been there only twice has there ever been customers in there and each time its only been ONE customer. You shouldn't be letting people walk out the door for something so trivial. Never again will I go here for anything.So look at the response below... stating how there's a BIG SIGN and put it all in caps! Do you see how condescending and garbage their customer service is! yeah there's a sign there but again , we're talking about .05 cents worth of tape, you didn't have to package anything! They're trying to justify their garbage trash customer service over .05 cents of tape!! Just shows you how worthless this place is, that they would argue over something so trivial. But that's ok, keep practicing your trashy customer service, the VERY low amount of traffic you have reflects that, and I don't know how long that can be sustainable. When the place closes down, I will come back here and update this post!!

I went into the store to inquire about P.O. Box services but decided to leave after watching who the worker called a manager be very disrespectful to a customer. The lady was calling her out of her name and being unprofessional in ways that made no sense. It felt very uncomfortable and I find it weird that the company would allow someone to be in charge who conducts themselves like that.

So thankful this business opened up on our side of town. I have been a customer since they first opened up on WW White Rd. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Great place to receive your mail or packages, secure, friendly folks, always smells nice inside as soon as you walk in the door! I would highly recommend for all of your mailing needs, much better service here than you could ever receive at the post office! ?

We've had a PO Box here for a long time and we always look forward to stopping by and seeing the owner. She is a total gem!! They also have tons of services from printing to passport photos. This is a great place to support your local business owner!

Since they started closing on Saturdays I haven't been able to pick up my mail when I come back to town from work on weekends it's an inconvenience having to coordinate other people to pick up my mail.
