Had both my kids parties here, not a bad place just not really worth $600. The only perk of this play is the private party but you have to setup during your scheduled party because they don’t allow early entry, multiple games didn’t work and everything is extremely rushed. Literally right after cake they start cleaning up & of course your guest start leaving yet you still have half an hour to play. For that price I think they should add more time or something.

For the past 3 years I have had all my birthday parties with planet party and this past year was just very unfortunate, strangers walked in without anyone’s knowledge and were playing games and using the restroom. I spoke with the owner about my issues and she called me, I was expecting her to make things right and apologize and maybe offer a discount for any future party but that wasn’t the case instead of being professional she called me just to tell me that things like what I had experienced are unfortunate but out of their control. ??? Telling me $600 to rent out the party and there can’t be security? Or at least an option for security for even an additional price? She then goes on to tell me that me renting with another private place is unfortunate because that place will never compare to their establishment and there equipment is just better and that they are a family owned establishment from San Antonio etc. overall just disappointed. If you read my text message of my complaint why even feel the need to call me?? If you’re not going to make it right? Instead you called me to just go back and forth and brag about well we have NBA players and people with money who rent with us and they always supply their own security and if price was the issue on why I went with the other party place I rented then (basically) just say that like???? I was loyal to this establishment for years and when I expressed an inconvenience instead of making it right and showing their loyalty back they instead just showed me their true colors. I will never return.

Very clean partyroom and game areas! Friendly and helpful party host! My guests and I really enjoyed the party space with plenty of games, rides for the littles and 2 bounce houses! Would highly recommend.

We have had two parties with planet party and have been thrilled both times. This particular location was superb in every aspect of our event. Nina was our host and she was absolutely incredible. She was proactive, and extremely attentive from the moment we arrived. She helped us unload, set up, tear down, and she was available for any assistance as needed. She was kind, and respectful and really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was flexible and never made us feel rushed. We will be back to this location with special request for her as our attendant again. The venue was clean, smelled nice, and bathrooms were well kept. The games were all in working order and they have a wide variety for ALL ages. We highly recommend booking with Planet Party.

The place was great and our host was amazing and very helpful. My 3 star review only comes from my experience with management. I sent an email to let planet party know that my guest were infected with hand foot and mouth disease, including my son( the birthday boy) and wanted to make sure they thoroughly disinfect the place because it’s highly contagious and potentially dangerous. I was immediately contacted only to be told that my guest must have brought that from somewhere else. The woman I spoke with was very defensive and told me that EVERYTHING is sanitized with industrial grade sanitizer. That’s great, however she seemed to miss the point that I was trying to get across to her. Even if one of my party members had brought it in the venue, (like management was blaming me for) then when I’m trying to explain to you that the place needs to be sanitized, then maybe you should take heed to what I’m telling you instead of trying to defend yourself and blaming me. Just be professional in representing the company and say thank you for bringing that to my attention and we’ll address the issue. Btw, we’re not trying to get a refund, it was just a heads up to be careful… HOW HARD IS THAT TO UNDERSTAND!!?? BTW…. How can you properly sanitize THOROUGHLY in between time slots within 15 minutes in between parties??? ???

For $600 you get 2.5 hours, and that includes the time it takes you to set up your party unless you want to pay an extra $100 to enter 30 minutes earlier. So from 1-130 we set up, then did cake at 230, and we were told we needed to start clearing out at 3. Needless to say it felt really rushed. Nice place, but too pricey for the limited time you get.
