Awesome store, the wind chimes are excellent for the yard and home.Lots of very interesting "stuff" to be aquatinted and familiar with. I always find a gift for my friend and family.

Literally zero energy from the employees. I walked in, employees just looked up from their phones and stayed silent. I had to be the 1 to say hi. I had questions as I was seeking out a certain type of product. The vibe was so off putting that I just went to look myself and even then no one followed me over to ask if I needed assistance. I was the only customer in there; I guess TikTok is more important. Needless to say I saw what I needed after I did my own research but I did not make a purchase because I felt like they did not want my business. I also had to be the 1 to say bye because I walked by the employees on the way out and they did not even look up. I manage a store myself and if I were running this location I would really be focusing on customer engagement because running a novelty shop you already find yourself in a type of niche business where there’s only a couple types of customers that shop in your store (smokers, younger people, etc.). Either the employees hate their job or they just don’t care about making money. If I were the manager/owner I would definitely try to correct that.

Living on west ave for 11 years and established planet k to be my vaping purchase spot. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this place. I bought a Escobar from the store, took a few puffs before I left the store and it was fine. The next day vape turns into burnt coil no flavor. I called the store and explained, you would think being a customer for 11 years + and spend as I mentioned thousands with this place they would atleast offer a discount or better yet give me a new one. This says a lot about a business and you will not get my services anymore and I definitely will be spreading the word. It’s a money thing with this place. Happy customers bring more customers to you. Remember That!!!!!

Ok..either you know.. or your clueless. So I don't need to tell you.This place has enhanced drinks.. you know..sodas.I don't use drugs..but these energy drinks have an extra pop. Go see.. ask before you buy. Don't drink what you do not understand. Live it up .

I am visiting from out of town & in driving by, I thought it looked cool. I was told that since I was staying close by to go because it was cool place as it looked, I was a bit disappointed based on the hype from the person & also I looked it up on Google & I didn't feel like it by far that it had as much stuff as it looks to have.
