The customer service was unsatisfactory. I signed up for a membership online but did not use it and canceled a few days later. I asked the store manager to assist with my refund request, but they never followed through. This lack of response and support was extremely disappointing.

Planet Fitness is one of the best values around. No contracts like most fitness places but you have everything you need and the machines are new. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is always clean.

All the machines are old and unkept
Only grabbed this membership because it’s close to the house but my god I get that it’s a cheap gym but crunch is just as cheap and has way better equipment and facilities
I might as well just go to a further gym bc the more I workout here the more I dislike it and find things that need to be fixed

Easy access, usually plentiful parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, modern clean weight machines, plenty of free weights, massage chairs, a full anrray of tv flat screens, different types of activities, set off by type, and tanning booths. No negative attitudes and a positive attitude.

Terrible location Few months ago Me and my friend were racially profiled by a female And asked to leave cause we were under 18 (we had memberships) But you know what i just saw on their website?! “teens under 14-19 work out free all summer” Really odd cause we were paying customers i plan on taking legal action if needed because how is it fair that teens get access to the gym also for free this is extremely unfair…
