Originally started at the Potranco location but then started using this one. This planet fitness is always clean, nice staff, and most importantly their staff are always cleaning and restocking supplies, something that many other locations do not do. Overall best planet fitness I’ve been to in San Antonio!

It's been year's since we last came to this location. We went to one on Fredericksburg rd. Not a fan of that location. But here, it's friendly & the workers are so kind & polite. We met two workers that are normally there when get off of work. We work in the medical center area, when we get off, we come to this side of town, because of the positive vibes we feel when we're greeted by the staff. Highly recommend this location for a late night workout... Shout out to Seth & Ducky.. Awesome people, keep up the great work guys. -Allen AL

I am a truck driver and every day I stop at a different Planet Fitness to do a quick exercise routine and continue my work. Today, July 4, 2024, I arrived at this gym to do the same thing as always and with the same style of dress as always. However, in the hall there was a group of smiling girls who did not let me pass because they said that I cannot do exercises dressed like that in their gym. Everything was like a great joke or joke for them. The one who spoke mainly was one who had his jacket to Alison as a name, I will never return to this damn place and Planet fitness is already making me tired with so many problems and arbitrary restrictions.

There is plenty of equipment and the facility overall is very clean. The gym is 24/7. The atmosphere is comfortable and there is ample space. Late night and early morning is very calm and never crowded.
Just be weary parking at night. The parking lot is pretty vast (this is a strip mall) and doesn't feel 100% safe. Stay with cars parked up front for the gym. You have a good view from inside the gym so it's easy to monitor the parking lot.

I had put a 5 star rating since, I've always had a great experience at Planet Fitness. But, today I went to use the hydromassage bed... the room was hot and, humid and, smelled like mildew. I left immediately!!

This is a really good gym to work out at. No judgmental people are allowed lol, and I feel so comfortable. They also have a great variety of work out machines all organized perfect. They also have the best massage chairs for post work outs.
