Excellent gym but it is a shame that as mothers we want to go to take care of ourselves and that many gyms do not have facilities to take care of the children while one exercises.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I was able to do my workout that I wanted in the time I could get in. No one bothers you as you workout. Locker rooms and facilities are all clean.Great experience with my daughter.

I was very worried at my age to join a gym. My daughter and granddaughter have been members for sometime so I decided to go with them. I love it. The first week was challenging. After that week it's been easier and very uplifting.

I appreciate the little changes I've noticed the last few weeks: music from the 70s and 80s, not just current songs, actual spa music in the black card area, and the sign prohibiting the use of cell phone cameras in the locker rooms. Also, someone is always at the front desk. Thank you for these changes!
