It’s clear that the health, happiness and development of my baby are a priority. I love the teachers and staff here. They have made being a new and working mom/family so easy! They clearly communicate, making it a priority to partner with my husband and I in raising our baby. They know our child so well and are quick to act when something may be “off”. I love this school and am so proud to say this is where I send my baby.

So disappointed with the level of care my daughter received here. I had to move my daughter daycares to be closer to the house. I was very excited because I had read great reviews and the school offered many great learning activities for the kids. All that doesn’t matter when the teachers can’t even change a diaper. When it was time to change my daughter’s diaper at home I noticed that she had a major diaper rash and it was obvious that they had not changed her in hours. I understand that sometimes things can happen and no one’s perfect. But the fact that no one notified me that she was in that condition and instead let her go home very red and hurting is really upsetting and disappointing. wouldn’t bring my baby or toddler here. Their priorities are elsewhere when it comes to changing times. If I were to describe this place in 3 words it would be disorganized, disappointing, and negligent.

Staff has been amazing with every child. They use appropriate speech for each age, are unified in the Montessori method, see each child as an individual, & work with them on developing strengths. Each child is met where they are by all staff.
This is our third year here, and it has been the best. I would give 5 stars on that alone. The previous 2 years, however, admin staff ended up costing us thousands of dollars total from consistent mishaps. Notices were different in the app, monthly emailed newsletter, and on signs hanging at school. Last minute changes to date and time were constant. Eventually a conversation was had to help them understand how much it can impact a family to try to make last minute accommodations, requiring several hours of time on short notice. The response felt dismissive. Because of that, I had originally offered one star.
We continued going because everyone has been so great with all the kids however, and we are very happy we stuck around! They really have put the time and effort in to make administrative improvements this year, and we appreciate that.

My experience at Pinnacle Montessori of Alamo Ranch is a sad one. We were very hopeful about taking our daughter here and wasted some money. I don’t like posting bad reviews but I felt the need to warn other parents that have children with special needs. This is not the place for you. Not a place for children with special needs. I hope to save someone the heartache, money and feeling of hopelessness. I felt completely rejected and so hurt for my daughter after receiving our rejection letter. She had only gone here for a week and by Friday we had to start from scratch. Weeks of crying and trying to figure out what to do next was pretty hard on the whole family. It’s just sad how the special needs community is treated. I understand safety concerns and decided over the years that there is a lot of work to be done for these beautiful children. It is hard to find a daycare or school willing and ABLE to take on children with special needs without moving to Northern San Antonio. This might be the school for you but that just wasn’t the case for us.

Our experience at Pinnacle Montessori Alamo Ranch has been exceptional. My son loves this school. Ms. Destiny is truly invested in my child’s education and his growth as learner. The teachers make adjustments as needed to meet the needs of the student. Small class sizes and leveled learning have enabled my son to gain confidence in his learning abilities. I highly recommend this school.

I’m so glad I found PMAR. My 2 year old attends this development school and he has made leaps and bounds with his independence and communicating. The entire staff is so friendly. His teacher, Ms. Alyssa, is such the sweetest lady and it is obvious she cares about all the students. Ms. Esia, one of the directors, is equally amazing. I could name all the staff there that are so loving, but I would be here all day. I’m sure I speak for the rest of the students and parents that this is a great school. Thank you to Ms. Mady and Ms. Maria as well. Our son adores you all!

We have been sending our now 16 months old daughter to Pinnacle for about a month. We are glad to share that she is happy to go to school and seem to have fun when there. The teachers are loving and caring and we feel comfortable when we say goodbye to her in the morning. They also have chickens and garden which I think is a great addition to child’s development. The teachers also speak in Spanish and English which is a huge plus especially coming from a multicultural household. Since going to Pinnacle, she learnt American sign language and the word agua which we thought was so cool!

Our 14-month old daughter loves her school. She has been attending Pinnacle since she was 5 months old. The teachers are so wonderful with her and give us updates. We can also watch the camera to check in throughout the day.Our daughter has started to learn how to point out colors, and sign language. Also the Spanish teacher, Ms. Dalys is awesome and a wonderful asset to the school.

Pinnacle Montessori has been an amazing school for my 3 year old son. Even though he only speaks Portuguese, everyone tries to understand him. By the way, his English improved a lot in just 2 months. The staff are always helpful and amicable. It is also a great thing that we can check the kids through the camera.

Pinnacle Montessori has been an amazing school for my 4 year old. She has been at Pinnacle for the past 2 years and loved every minute of it. Her current teacher Ms. Tanya is absolutely amazing and always goes above and beyond for my little one. I cannot recommend her and this school enough.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Pinnacle! My daughter has learned sooooo much here. The director Miss Karen is so helpful and I can’t say enough good things about my daughters teacher Miss Anna.
