I had the WORST experience with this day care. They do not care for the children. Don’t try and work with kids that have special needs instead want to with draw from the school instead of dealing with the children I DONT recommend for any children that are more active then other children. My kids are always scratched up and bitten. Always sick. Every time I dropped off the kids the other kids were full of boogers.

I definitely would not recommend this daycare. They are extremely unorganized, they constantly move kids around and have zero structure. They do not drug test their employees. Which as a parent is very concerning.

In the long run I will probably appreciate the school more. The teacher and facilities are great and my child enjoys his class, but my 1-star rating now is for administration: As a brand new client, after our first week my son picked up a bit of an eye infection. I kept him home for a couple of days until the doctor said it was safe to return. In the meantime, in my absence there was a fee payment reminder taped at the check in station (which I wasn’t around to see if course) and when I finally returned and paid on Friday, late fees accrued and there I was told there was absolutely no means to waive the late fees (“it’s just the system”) despite the fact that I was a new customer not yet in the routine of paying (in person on a weekly basis, and despite the fact that I was not around to get the reminder since my child had picked up an illness at the school).

Zero stars if we’re possible, my child was discriminated against due to being Autistic. CCS agreed with me and encouraged me to contact State Licensing which i’m working with now.

I interviewed multiple childcare facilities in the area when it was time to enroll my sons in daycare. The staff at Pinnacle Kids Academy were by far the most friendly, passionate, and loving with my boys. They offer a curriculum for the children, encourage a lot of physical activity, and organize family events throughout the year. The school is ALWAYS immaculately clean and bright. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies.

My son loves it! Trial and error until we found the right class but the teaches are great and the ladies in the front are simply the best. Communication is great when it comes to the kids and the things they need. I’m happy with this center. My toddler is learning so much on a daily base as well! Highly recommend

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Not only are the staff and teachers fantastic, but you can tell that they really care about your child. My son has blossomed into such a sweet and smart child and we owe a lot of his growth to the amazing people at Pinnacle.

My family and I recently relocated to San Antonio! We hand a bit of a struggle finding a center we felt confortable leaving our baby boy with! He began with Pinnacle at 2.5 years old and is now 3. Not too long but needless to say, we absolutely love this place!From the education, to the Director, to the Teachers, Cleanliness and safety this place has it all. We feel blessed to have found this center, the staff is welcoming and friendly, all the security they have makes you feel safe in your decision in leaving your child in a home away from home. We love this place and best confirmation that we made the right choice is our 3 year old loving to go to school everyday!! ❤️

Simply the best. We tried two other schools in the area before landing on Pinnacle. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. Family oriented and great curriculum. You know it is good when your kid runs into class hugging their teacher and comes home making crafts to give them the next day. My daughter is happy again. Stop looking and just come here, you will feel comfortable with your child in the care of these wonderful people.

Absolutely love this place. Great, great staff. Understanding, nice, and always took care of the parents n kids. The daycare is very Organized and clean. The staff is always a step ahead. My son learned ALOT here n brought home art all the time. Ms. Denisse and Ms.Imelda were the best teachers he had. My son loved them. They were patient and kind. Unfortunately we had to move but I’ll never forget the great people here. I highly recommend . We will miss you ?

very impressed with the way they handled me not being on the list to pick up my grandson. they did everything they did to make sure my grandson wasn't leaving with anyone other then the list of people. right away they asked for my license, and called my daughter in law. I know my grandson is safe there.
