We ordered a princess piñata a few years back and it was SO durable and held SO much candy! We accidentally dropped it a few times and it still took the kids about 20 minutes to break it (hitting it pretty hard!!!) We can't wait to go back!

I’m so pleased with my experience. Had a custom piñata made for my baby’s first birthday, and I could not be happier with how it turned out. They went above and beyond to research the theme and do their absolute best. The woman that helped me when I ordered and picked up, was so friendly and helpful. Great prices too. I will be returning every year.

Super!They have many models, all super pretty, there are prices for all budgets. Authentic Mexican sweets at a good price. Bilingual and very good service.I will definitely return!

Excellent service from the owner and her family. They asked me right away what theme I was looking for. They were able to get me what I needed and we bought so much candy at a great price. They have decorations and balloons too. Great prices! Thank you for the great customer service.

I love Piñata time! My family and friends use them everytime. It’s always nice to go see them year round for birthdays. Piñatas are really sturdy & definitely worth it. They always are willing to help out with anything. Thank y’all for always being so friendly!

If you don't provide pictures, then maybe you should inform your sister who told us we would receive a picture. She took our number down and said she would call but never did. That's the problem with this business there are too many people who think they're in charge and everybody is making up their own rules as they go along. Maybe if you had all your policies in writing so all of the employees understand, then maybe the business would be run correctly. But if you continue to make excuses and not fix the problem, then maybe you would have happy customers. I'm happy you have cameras because it will show how you confronted me and got angry at me for leaving a bad review. An owner of a company should take a review whether it's bad or good and use it as a learning experience. You shouldn't get angry and raise your voice at a customer when he points out something wrong with your employees and the lack of understanding of your own policies. Believe me, if I had known you were the owner of both locations, I would never have stepped foot into the Blanco location. I would suggest that everyone find a different Piñata shop to purchase their Piñata and party supplies. Thank you

Huge selection, great prices on pinata's and candy. The employees were so helpful and very welcoming. I will definitely be back, I've already recommended them to a couple friends who were pleased as well
