We’ve been taking our family vehicles to Sam for nearly ten years. His friendly, expertise and precision allows us to drive a 2010 Volvo xc90 and a 2023 BMW i4 40 fully electric vehicle. Thank you Sam and your team for your work and guidance over the years.

Pharaoh Imports & Domestics saved my family vacation! Just four days before I was set to drive to Minnesota with my two young kids, my Honda Pilot suddenly wouldn't start. I was in a panic, but Sam and his team at Pharaoh Imports & Domestics came through for me in a big way.
What impressed me most:
Quick turnaround: They diagnosed and fixed the broken cable within 24 hours, which was crucial given my tight timeline.
Thorough inspection: Not only did they fix the immediate issue, but they also inspected the entire vehicle to ensure our long trip would be safe.
Honesty and integrity: Sam proved to be incredibly trustworthy. In a situation where many shops might have taken advantage by suggesting unnecessary repairs, Sam focused only on what was truly needed.
Expertise: They handled my Honda Pilot with expertise, showing their skill with both imported and domestic vehicles.
Reliability: Since the repair, my vehicle has been running like new, giving me peace of mind on our long journey.
Exceptional honesty: Sam once referred me to another shop for body work on my minivan that he couldn't perform. It's rare to find a mechanic who openly admits when a repair is outside their expertise and refers you to a specialist who can do a fantastic job. This level of honesty and customer care is truly commendable.
Sam's integrity and his team's efficiency were truly impressive. They understood the urgency of my situation and went above and beyond to ensure my family's safety and keep our vacation plans on track.
If you're looking for an auto repair shop that combines skill, speed, and honesty, I highly recommend Pharaoh Imports & Domestics. Sam and his team are lifesavers! You can trust them to always put your needs first, whether they're handling the repairs themselves or guiding you to the right specialist.

I’ve had work done on my Mazda RX8, as well as my BMW X3. Sam is fantastic. So nice, and has always been able to take my vehicle in right away, and get the work done quickly!

Check your credit card bill so you don't get charged twice. Got a new water pump installed on vehicle. Quick turnaround which was nice, but 80 bucks added on for coolant as well?

Had my Nissan Rogue towed here after it shut off and had the check engine light turned on. They were very helpful and checked out everything. They realized it was just a bad connection and got it back up and running right away. They were very honest and didn’t even charge me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for being an honest business which is very hard to come by nowadays.

Sam and his team always take great care of my vehicle. I’m the original owner of a 2004 Crossfire… and I wouldn’t have anyone else work on it!

The hood on my car was not popping up when I pulled on the release. A friend whose opinion I trust recommended this shop.At the shop the owner came out to the car and immediately opened the hood by pulling on the cable inside the car with a pair of pliers. He told me the problem would be fixed with a new cable, a repair of one hour. A sign in the office said the labor rate for my car (a 2011 Toyota Venza) was $145/hour. High, I thought, about as much as the dealer, but I agreed to have the work done. Three days later the cable came in, and we set a time for the next day to bring the car in.I was charged $322 to replace the cable. Specifically, $261 for labor, $45 for the cable, and $17 for the hood release handle. When I asked why labor was so high, the shop owner denied ever saying the work would take one hour. He had. In fact, it was a surprise to hear the work would take as long as an hour for a simple and quick repair. (Unless you're 76 years old, when nothing is simple and quick.)To mollify me, I was given a military discount of ten percent off the labor charge, bringing the total to $296, which I paid in full before leaving.I had hoped to make this shop my go-to garage for all future car problems.Service: Auto body & trim repair
