This store has lots of variety and the employees are all very nice and helpful. Only reason I'm not putting 5 stars is because they never have the right filters for my fish tank and I always have to go to PetSmart or Polly's pet shop to get them.

This store is really small. Everything is cramped together, and the layout is so odd to walk around they have cat stuff on the same isle as lizard products. They ask you if you want a bag and then charge you .$10 for the bag without telling you there is a fee . Just go to Walmart or order on Chewy. It's not exciting to go to this store.

I was told to pick up medicine on Saturday. On Saturday I called to pick it up and was told there wasn't enough medicine for the prescription there and to come Monday. I was told all I needed to do was come in Monday and it would be ready. Monday I arrived and had to wait 20 minutes for the medication. On Tuesday I called to speak to a vet to ask a question regarding the medication and was told I'd receive a call within 24 hours. 24 hours went by and no call received. I called today and was told no vets are in the office today. Consistent poor service from you all. Additionally, on 6.14 I called to take another pet there and told the person on the line my cat was dying. No compassion, no acknowledgement, asked what the symptoms were, asked numerous questions then told me they had no appointments available till the following Tuesday and it was Friday. Will be finding another vet office for my animals.

Nobody was at the register. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to finally cash me out. This location usually is understaffed or employees are clustered in an area of the store no helping customers.

Don't like their breeding policies or how they house their animals. Why do all the lizards have reptile carpet in their habitat when we know how bad those are for them? Why do the beta fish all look like they're on the brink of death? For a company who talks about loving animals, they sure don't take care of them well. Do your research petco.

Always a great experience! I love the grooming department. My furbaby, Daisy, always looks forward to a day of pampering with Nine. Nine does fabulous work. My girl always looks fantastic. And best of all, neither myself nor my Daisy girl are ever stressed.

We were helped by Denise with getting a bottom feeder for our fish tank. She was so friendly and knowledgeable; we appreciated her expertise and willingness to help.
