Fantastic staff who honestly seem to care about both the animals that they care for, and the ones that customers bring in with them. It’s always clean and the animals have clean enclosures.

Decided to bring my puppy here for his first haircut and made an appointment online for this location and walked in with my appropriate vet paperwork as requested. The groomer who was assigned named Eileen had a lot of attitude and made it apparent that she was ready to go home. She would not take my paperwork because it wasn’t acceptable to her that the sticker and the Vets handwritten notes and signature on the back page was not allowed. When I showed her that it was indeed his most recent rabies shot including lot number, date, expiration was clearly noted. She went to ask the manager and the manager didn’t come out to see the situation which was unprofessional. I ended up leaving with my dog, I didn’t want her sour attitude handling my beloved pet for his first cut. I will not be back to this store for any of my pets needs. I had better customer care and professionalism at the Ingram/410 location where I go for training. Where by the way they took and verified his rabies paperwork with no hassle.

Bought flea medicine. Lady told me that I had to buy a preventative and flea medicine. Turns out I only needed one of them. I didn’t put the phone number in, and she did not offer a receipt. Bad customer service over all. Go to another petco.

I recently visited Petco for a grooming appointment for my mini golden doodle. The groomer, Carla, displayed an alarming lack of experience. While we anticipated that our dog would need to be shaved due to matting, we certainly did not expect the disappointing result we received. Despite paying over $100, Carla left random patches of long hair under the dog's chin, stomach, and legs. If shaving was the extent of her task, one would reasonably expect it to be executed properly. I CANNOT, under any circumstances, recommend CARLA for grooming services.
