I’ve had nothing but problems with ordering from Petco. I tried Repeat delivery and my order kept getting returned back to the store leaving my dog without any food to eat until they were finally able to deliver the bag of food. Then it says delivered when it wasn’t, it ended up getting sent back to the store and this was after hours so again my dog was out of food. Now I place an order for pickup and double checked the location before placing as this bag of dog food is not cheap and i’d hate to have another inconvenience, only to find out it got sent to a different location that is nowhere near the location i had selected at check out. Now i have to get refunded and replace the order and who knows when the refund is going to hit my account. Who knows when the new order is going to be ready for pickup and my dog is at home waiting with little to no food. very disappointing

I used to work here really really long time ago. All of the tanks were immaculate look like show tanks. We had salt water very little die off every tank looked like it was crystal. Clear I was in the neighborhood so I thought I’d stop by. I was in there for over 20 minutes, trying to find some Substrate just to see how much it was not a single person asked me if I needed help the fish tanks you couldn’t even see through them. There were a couple Oscars. I could see that were extremely unhealthy on the verge of death. This picture does not do it justice on how bad the fish tanks were when you couldn’t even see in them. I will never come here again. I will stick to my local pet stores no telling what you might bring into your home aquariums buying from here plus I couldn’t get a single employee to help me so I just walked out.

We've been bringing our puppy to the training classes with Claudia. She's amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. We're first time puppy owners and she's been extremely patient with us! Thank you so much Claudia!

I have been in there twice to find a certain dog treat. First time there was only one small bag so I bought it. The soft chews were hard. Weeks later I went back and there were still none. When I asked when they would have more in the girl and man were listening to music and talking. She acted irritated that I bothered them just to say "I don't know a truck comes on Thurs." This was Thursday afternoon.

I’ve never been to a Petco before but since now I’m working nearby I thought it would be nice to run my Cats errands here instead of having to drive to the Pet Smart I would usually go to.
When I walked in, no one greeted me, but this is not something I expect of people. I assumed the only person working there was the female, Ellie (name on receipt ) who I saw and she seemed busy so I let it pass. I never would have thought that she would end up being so rude. I found what I needed and when I was ready to check out I walked over to where she was to what I thought was the checking out side (opposite side of the register area). She practically ignored me as I just stood there waiting for her to finish. I eventually let her know I was standing in front of her because I would like to check out. Instead of nicely asking me if I could come over to the other side, since there is no register on the side I was on she yelled at me “That’s not where you check out!” and then said “I’m not going to check you out if you are on this side”. She then hinted to the other side of the counter and honestly this experience was so hostile for no reason. I apologized and let her know that I didn’t know I was on the wrong side. It’s my first time ever coming to Petco and the last thing I expected was to get yelled at. During the whole transaction she just seemed mad at me for some reason. I was the only person there. She even told me to hit the “decline” button for the animal donations message on the pin pad. So all in all, I will be not coming back here at all.

I went to Petco to pick up some dog food. I asked who seemed like the manager (Hispanic gentleman on duty) and asked if some items may be miss-priced. I had mentioned that for the same priced bag seemed larger for the same price at PetSmart. I actually said competitor.
Instead of checking, he just said bigger than a 40 pound bag? I have no idea, I asked a question:. I said yes I guess and all this man could say is there ya go and have the impression I should shop elsewhere. So I did and I will never visit a PetCo again.
This man was completely rude, lacks any knowledge of customer service whatsoever,.
Then there is the store. Filthy, small, cluttered and hard to find anything. Luckily I will never visit this store or this company again and you should never shop here as well. A completely terrible customer service experience.
Give a company that earns your business your business, not one that is there to insult you.
Never again!

I am curious, why have multiple cashier lanes if only one lane is ever open even when there are 9 people waiting in line?

I took my 13+ year old Labrador for a bath at their self serve station. It's really great! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, scrub brushes, apron, are all provided. The shampoo is just the right consistency , I usually use the whole bottle, it's mixed with water to help spread more easily. It's highly better than leaning over a tub at home, and eliminates the dreaded after bath clean up! My girl gets stressed at groomers even though she's otherwise a very well behaved dog. With me she's more relaxed, still hates baths tho lol. The attendant/employee, wish I remembered his name, is friendly and helpful. He brought the water temp up to the right level before we got started. There are 3 ample wash stations and plenty of parking. Costs about $20.

Very rude and aggressive attitude for no reason. I literally just walked in and have never been to this store but after that won't be back. I asked for a supervisor and the lady said really rude I am the supervisor. Smh Ugly!

I was told by several other self service pet wash stores that their bays had been busy all day with a guaranteed wait on an early Saturday afternoon so I was fully expecting to have to wait a bit at the Northwoods PEtco but that wasn’t the case and I was pleasantly surprised to be the only “bather” so I got to give my big boy some extra scrubbing and take our time getting him dry and comfortable. I value these stations for the high tubs that keep my back from hurting, high velocity dryer, multiple included bath products and tools to make the job easy.
And I never have to worry about muddy patches in the yard from bathing or having to chase a wet dog around my house because he’s over it!

PETCO came through for me! I made 2 stops at Petsmart stores to have a new Dog Tag for my mixed Pyrenees dog named Howard. Both stores’ dog tag engraving machines were out of order and I needed a new tag for my dog! Your PETCO store had an engraving machine and your staff was very helpful to me in getting this simple task done! PETCO I will do more business with your store in the future! Thank You
