Giving out very poor information on animal care! Telling people an adult bearded dragon should be in a 40g terrarium!! Absolutely terrible. Ferrets toe nails were over an inch longer than they should be!! Had days old poop in their enclosure! Charging $400 for a pied ball python.... you can get them with more genes and healthier on morph market for $100-$200. Absolutely terrible

Very courteous staff. We had to put our dog down, the staff made it easy. They gave us some time with our sweet Lily. Very empathetic after the procedure.

I bought 4 female guppies from here last week of May 2024
they all DIED I feel this whole tank was infected the water in our tank was fine. all my other fish in there prior are ok I am so sad i wish the tanks were watched and given treatment :(

We brought my dog in about a month ago. He had a growth on his back. He’s a middle size dog. He’s an older dog about 13 years old very concerned. Talk to one of the doctors there for whatever reason I can’t remember her name name Dr….start with a B I wasn’t very satisfied. I guess you could say with her, how she approach things and how she talked about things I wasn’t gonna go back…. I was gonna go to clinic so I had to bring my dog back and I got a different doctor was really the best thing that happened is Dr. Galvan was very people person very good very direct as far as what went on with my dog ,Addressed..I will call her a person in the future. I will like to deal with her always and not with that other doctor (possible?)I wasn’t very pleased with what he asked about my dog when I initially brought him seemed she wasn’t very concerned. She told me about his skin condition,,(which he had), wasn’t the main concern I was main concern with the bump on his back, so I had to bring it up to her again at the same visit , it’s very concerning. She approaches other clients. I’m not really sure.?? Thank you for letting me review. Make a review of this. Hope to see Dr. Galvan again thank you.
