Both mgmt and staff are uneducated disrespectful rude and racist. I swear they gave my fog a sedative during grooming, I can't get the district Mgr to return my calls. 8ts probably for the best, because I was going to curse him/her out for filth.

If i could give negative stars or none at i would. I have ordered once fro. This company and it was the wrong item. I take it back and now to this day I have NEVER gotten my money back. This whole situation started in April. The worst place bar none. I am constantly fighting with customer service about my refund they refuse to give me my $260.43. If it were a lesser amount i would not have even bothered but this is just sad. I don't know what to do anymore.

Petco and Petsmart will sell you merchandise and take you cash that you've handled, or your credit card that you've handled. They will not accept returns until the NATION has returned to normal. Ridiculous. Texas is opened for business. Shame on you corporate people for not allowing returns yet you sure want to take dirty money and credit cards.

Just spent an hour and a half on hold with corporate in San Antonio’s customer service. I had to hang up to go pick up my babies from Petco Grooming. This rating does not apply to the store-only the service at their corporate office. There wasn’t even an option to have them call you back!

So , I have been buying brood for my 2 dogs from pet co for more the a year and 2 weeks ago a bought a 5 pound dry food from Canadie and when I open it it was infested with moths and larvae, it was the grossest thing ever !!! When I took it back the managers was very nice and exchange the food for me but the point is the bag was 2 1/2 years expired and I failed to check it when I bought it and I’m very disappoint that Petco is not keeping up with there food on the shelves and failed to sell me a good product ,. For one I’m not going to buy the same brand ever again and I’m so grossed out that I’m changing stores I’m not going to buy from Petco again ,.

I will never take my puppy to this place ever. So unhappy how my puppy was treated. They hurt her and didn’t tell me what happened . I went back to complain so it wouldn’t happen to someone else and all she had on her mind was that I was trying to get some discount or my money back that wasn’t the point. Someone needs to correct it or they might get sued.

Spend an average of $500 per month on our animals here. Had to wait over 45 mins for a bag of dog food off of a pallet because the shelves weren’t stocked the pallet was sitting in the middle of the floor. Guy kept tell us to wait, wait! Super disappointed and will not be back!

My dogs love this place. They are always welcome in the store and the staff is very friendly. We have a great relationship with one of the groomers and our dog is always happy to see her when we bring him in.

Ok... after an hour+ on your website and 10 minutes trying to understand the person on your customer service line I give up. I’m extremely disappointed in your online store, your coupons/promo codes, and your outsourced customer service company. I get the impression of a bait and switch. Your online store is so difficult to navigate. BUT.....After getting through all of it and finally finding what I needed the real fun began. The instore pick up told me 2 of my items were not available for pick up in store . Funny because I buy them there regularly. So no 10% off on those items. So I decide to do delivery and tried to use the promo code for first time delivery. Says it ends tonight. (I thought it might take me that long to finish the order) I do all the info for paying and..... my promo code does not apply. Hmmmmm I had 100$+ in my order. It was my first time delivery. So I check the fine print. I qualified! Yeah me! But still no save30 for me. So at this time I will be calling my husband in Austin to go by PetsMart to pick up the items I need. Might take him 10 minutes. I have 2 big big dogs and regularly spend hundreds of dollars on food dry and canned, treats and toys, shampoos, and other items. I’m glad your store went all natural and carries our brand of food. Your rewards program has the must apply button you have to open the email and click.... ever time. My information is in the computer. Why make people click after every purchase???? Again you give the impression of “look we help you save” but then don’t make it very easy to save. Jumping through hoops to save stinks. I should have know when there was no way to contact corporate. I hope your day is better than mine! Thank you for your time.

Huge building, great break area's...alot of great departments it appears to work in as long as you stay out of AP department (one of the worst departments) noticed by all of the surrounding departments.
