I’ve shopped at Penny Lane for years now. They have beautiful curated merchandise and I always find something beautiful and special there! Some of my favorite designers they carry are Nili Lotan, The Great, Xirenia, Moussy, Golden Goose…so many more! Great customer service!

I came in 15 minutes until closing just to pick-up items I had ordered online. I had not intended to shop but they had great fall looks and the friendliness sales associate told me to shop away! Great customer service and the best clothing lines in town.

The scent in the boutique made my eyes water even with a mask on. I visited the store with very specific items I wanted to purchase. A pair of Caddis glasses and a pair of golden goose sneakers. The staff and possibly the owner were preoccupied with posting pics for social media and folding clothing. i tried to go through the racks, which BTW had limited sizing but really beautifully selected items I loved. However, the sales person folding would not socially distanced and another asked me a second time if I needed help not as cheerful as I would have hope. i wish this place had better energy. I went next door to JLauglin and bought a linen shirt because the sales woman was so incredibly sweet and kind and hospitable. Perhaps, I showed up a Penny Lane at an awkward time or maybe i was just sensitive and needed some reassurance in going out during a pandemic...

Love love love the people and the style- it's a must visit store in SA. Crave worthy tops, cool jeans, funky shoes and accessories, and the overall effect is greater than the sum of the parts! On a budget? The sales can't be beat, with $25 up to $100 racks.

I ordered a pair of sandals and they are wonderful. Had a few problems but they were there to help me happily. They are quite helpful and very sweet. Will be ordering again in the future and would recommend them to friends. Super Happy with my purchase!!!!

Love the styles and brands not found everywhere! Everything is unique and you'll find the latest, most unique styles. I especially love everyone there, Heidi, Holly, Adrianna and Adriana. They are all so kind and very helpful. Honest opinions are refreshing. Being told something isn't right, or that something looks great, etc. is refreshing.
