Think well before you go to this office. We have been going to Dr. Kaldas for the last five years. He is a very caring doctor and a gentle man. But I feel that he maybe close to his retirement. However, there are several problems with this office. First, there wait time is just unbearably long. I don't understand why they book your appt at 8:15am when Drs are not even coming until 9am. One hour wait is just given every appt we had. I think they are extremely overbooking and can't see patients in timely manner. Patients' time is precious as well as Drs. Second but more importantly, we feel very uncomfortable with the office staffs. They are just so aggressive and not happy all the time. I feel them they are busy and under stress. But you should not sound like to the patients, "I really don't want to work here so don't talk to me". It is not fair for any families who are visiting the office to be treated that way. Seems so unprofessional. I wonder how they treat each other in the back, if they can show that much of tense mood to their patients. So many times we thought about going to another Dr.'s office. Maybe it's time to do that.

By far the most useless pediatrician my kids have EVER HAD! If it's not vaccine, checkup related, impossible to be seen! And IF YOU BY CHANCE DO GET AN APPOINTMENT for something other than vaccines, he can't do anything other than send u to 50 other places! Don't waste your time here!!

The care Quality is amazing from the doctor, however the office is just not warm very unwelcoming. I love everything about the Dr, for the exception of the office staff, there seems to be tension in the office and you can cut it with a butter knife. One in particular sits in the middle by the window and did not even turnover a smile. This is a children's pediatric office, make it inviting. Disappointed

Moved my son here couple years ago and best decision ever! Dr Kaldas takes his time with his patients and the staff are so nice and wonderful. Now with Dr. Peter Meshreky, makes this place even better. Dr. Meshreky even takes time to call parents to make sure we received what was needed for my children. Will Always recommend Alpha Pediatrics to anyone!!

I'm a first time mom and I researched like crazy for a great pediatrician. We see Dr. Peter Meshreky and he is beyond amazing. He truly cares about my child. I will always come here and recommend them to everyone.

Just moved to Texas and was looking for a Pediatrician for my child and was hoping to get a one stop office. We waited longer than usual to see him and then once he came in the room he started trying to push vaccines, oral drops and other things we were not interested in. Definitely not going back and the girls at the front desk also had attitudes so didn't reschedule any further appointments with this place.

We love Dr Kaldas, his NP and his staff. We switched to this practice when my son was 2 weeks old because I was not impressed with the first pediatrician I chose (after doing much research on her, as a new parent does). He's always very knowledgeable and listens to all my concerns. The nurse line has also been a savior on the late nights and weekends when the office is closed. I recommend this office to every parent I know.

We love Dr. Kaldas I first took my daughter, now 17, to see him when he first opened his practice. We had nothing but horrible experiences with other Pediatric clinics in San Antonio. She was three, and we had found nothing but clinics that made you wait 2-3 hours with a sick kid in an overcrowded waiting room and a different Dr every visit! You won't find any of that with Dr. Kaldas My son, now 13, has been seeing Dr. Kaldas since the day he was born. Dr. Kaldas received special permission to perform his circumcision at the hospital.Dr. Kaldas is the most caring, compassionate man, and he truly listens to all of my concerns and my kid's concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaldas and ALL of his fantastic staff! We love you Dr. Kaldas

My son was first seen by Dr. Kaldas at 15 months when he was taken to North Central Baptist hospital for breathing issues the on call doctor was Dr. Kaldas, he was so thorough and kind took the time to explain to us what was going on with my son and Asthma issues and recommended specialist for him. My son now 11 has seen Dr. Kaldas for all pediatrician needs and yearly check ups and we absolutely love him and recommend him to anyone looking for a very kind, thoughtful and brilliant doctor! He never rushes through appointments and takes time to not only talk to me but to my son and ask questions and really takes interest in what is going on in his life. His sense of humor helps my son feel comfortable and at ease when we visit. He is the only doctor my son looks forwarding to seeing. He is by far the BEST doctor and I appreciate him always being available for us!

I have four children and have had doctor Kaldas since the first day of my first born (10 years). His kindness and understanding has been beyond what I could have wanted in a pediatrician. He always engages my children in conversation, makes them feel heard and understood. Doctor Kaldas has a sense of humor and will crack a joke, which makes my children feel comfortable. All four of my children do not fear going to the doctor. Overall, I highly recommend Doctor Kaldas as a pediatrician.
