I do not see the point of the car reservation if at pickup time the car is not available and you need to.wait or get a different car.

Nice car, Mazda CX5, no problems getting or returning car. Visited family near San Antonio and hung out at the RiverWalk.

It was a very easy rental process. Their prices beat all of the other rental companies and I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle that they put me in. It was very clean and maintained.
