Patriot moved me yesterday. They emptied my storage unit efficiently & moved everything into my new home. Ricky & his team were wonderful! Respectful & so careful. I understand that my move was Ricky’s last, before retirement - after many years with Patriot. I feel lucky to have had him on my move. He taught his helpers well, they were hard working & cheerful young men.

Exemplary service!! Started from the get-go with Carrie answering my call! Clear communications, reasonably priced, and the movers TRULY took care of my massive, fragile items! The guys were on time, did not waste time and very thorough. Great attitudes and strong men!
I have used Patriot Moving & Delivery on two difference occasions now and both moves were exceptional! The last move was a huge move and involved traveling.
A “shout out” in gratitude to Richard, Carlos, Sabino and Alberto!
To reiterate - this is a great company and I do vouch for them - they earned it!
I keep Patriot in my contact's now - they are the go to moving and delivery company!

I have used Patriot Moving twice in two years and I can’t say enough about the company. The entire team is dedicated to doing everything they possibly can to make the moving experience run smoothly.
The guys who moved me were professional and very personable. Carrie always does an awesome job coordinating the job from start to finish.
And who doesn’t love a company that goes out of its way to support their community.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Patriot Moving & Delivery. I keep coming back to them because of their communication, professionalism of the moving/packing crews, and the attention to detail. These men and women really do care about their customers. The leadership of Clint and Carrie in the office are the backbone. I’ll be using them a 4th this October for another move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Horrible customer service, the person doing the scheduling seems incompetent of knowing what to schedule. Suggest a maybe date but couldn't give a correct date or time, which makes it harder for the customer. I was trying to be understanding but if you can't provide a good date and time then that's not a company I'd choose. We also have deadlines to meet and the way she went about it wasn't needed. If you can't have someone good representing you then it says a lot about the company. Maybe it's changed throughout the years I'm guessing cuz the reviews say differently but my experience was not it

Horrible communication. Wanted to utilize this business for a move. Submitted all of my contact information with a description of what I would be moving via their website, and a week later they still have never gotten back to me. Tried calling them... No answer. Rang and went to voicemail. I will thusly be looking elsewhere to pay someone else hundreds of dollars for my move. Some free advice to the owners: take some business classes and learn how to run a business. There's more to running a moving company than being able to pick up heavy objects; there's providing good customer service and communication, as well. In this regard, you have failed. Best of luck staying afloat.

My wife and I moved and hired Patriot to move us out of two storage units and a house to a new home about 160 miles away. The experience was as great as I can imagine for a move. From the office to the team doing the moving, everyone was so kind and professional! I highly recommend them!
