They should move the balloon counter to the opposite side of the store or in the back. So many people crowded so near to the register.

I was visiting from Vegas. It was so hard to find a HEB with a working helium tank so I was grateful to find this place and get the balloons I purchased at HEB blown up by them.

Horrible customer service. Staff verbally abused my children because they didn’t stay behind the line. Then started to talk with other staff on their intercom system about me because I spoke up and protected my kids in front of us. The manager didn’t apologize and continue to traumatized by kids. Maybe instead of worry about correcting your customers come up with a new process when ordering balloons and actually hire employees who want to work.

Not the best customer service. Waited in line forever to place balloon order and after store slowed down, 4 of the workers were restocking and the rep that was completing my balloon order walked away to then start helping customers who just came in the store. Management and staff have need to be retrained.

The staff is incompetent. They acted like I was trying to pull a fast one when I tried exchanging an item and they acted so smug about it like they caught a criminal. For a robe! Lol They sold me a mildewy robe and said they couldn't have sold it like that to me. Yea, you could have because your cashier didn't open it when I paid for it. Keep in mind, when I took it and came back it was all within 30 minutes. The manager had no thinking skills. First he said it was in perfect condition and just wet. Then I proceeded to tell him the robe was dirty and mildewy and his other employee even pointed it out. Then he says oh, well it could've fallen on the floor. Which is it?! Perfect or dirty? Wow. Then I asked if he smelled it and he said he can't smell it because of COVID. His excuse was in the camera it didn't look like that. SMHThere was only one person in the whole front area who knew what he was doing. Please replace your current manager with him.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars and still leave a review because this store doesn't even deserve 1 star. We just went to buy my daughter her Halloween costume, we got home after purchasing and my daughter went to try on and upon taking it out of the bag, it was damp, dirty and the cardboard packaging on the inside was wet and smelled like mildew. My husband immediately took it back to the store to exchange, however the manager Ruben would not complete an exchange. The manager pretty much accused us of having spilled something in it and trying to return it...all in the 30 mins from purchase to home, yes we could have really spilled something in it and mildew formed on the way back to the store. My husband tells the manager you can clearly smell the mildew and his response was "I can't smell anything because of COVID". All the manager could say was "there was no way the costume could have left our store in that condition" well news flash, the cashier did not open the bag and check the costume like they should have done. This store has incompetent employees, but that's no surprise after dealing with their managers...they have bad leadership. We should have read all these other bad reviews before purchasing from this store.

Didn't like the check out line...it was the length of the store...left without purchasing anything...to be fair to them it is 3 days before Halloween.

Only giving a one star because you have to. Bought a fog machine they scanned it twice after telling me it was $25 charged me $50 a told him that I did no longer want that after all I had purchased it literally three minutes before they refused to give me my money back because they said it was electronics and that was their policy. I drove an hour to get it after being told that the fog machine was $25 after getting there, the place looked like it was being run by a bunch of people that did not know exactly what to do. Manager said she was busy at the moment trying to get it prepared for Thanksgiving. Casual lady was Pam. The manager was occasia
