Short staffed, a few teachers are sweet and understanding, but one teacher gave my kids coffee and asked them not to tell mom. She's still employed by kindercare.

I feel great dropping off and picking up my child at this daycare knowing they'll keep her safe. The teachers and staff are what I like the most. When there is a concern, they are quick to address. They made the transition to daycare so seamless. At the beginning, my child refused to be at daycare and each and everytime, the staff and teachers would pick her up and comfort her. There where many instances when I would pick up my daughter and find my child and teacher hugging together. This melts my heart and now that's she is a little older, they teach them independence. They taught her everything, potty training, eating and drinking by themselves and we just reinforced at home. The hours of operation is also very convenient for working parents. They also have a portal where they upload photos of your child and their daily activities. The place is secure with a digital pin pad upon entry so you'll feel at ease knowing that only permitted individuals are entering the building. At the end of the day, my child comes home happy and that makes us happy with this daycare!

I was so scared when having to take my son to daycare and parliament had been so amazing. From his speech improving his manners and teaching him how to potty and his first steps. Amazing staff and facility!!!

When Mr. Hall was a director, he did amazing job. The kids love him. He was amazing with the kids and staff. But when he transferred to a different location. Everything went down hill. The center got a new director. Things weren't up in a float. My kid teacher in the morning was amazing but there was never an evening teacher to stay. The evening teachers never check my kid pull up and out get infections. There will be times that the kids would climb the cubby shelfs. One day an evening teacher has trouble getting the kids to pay attention and I clapped my hands and said kids listen to me, all eyes on me. Please find a seat and listen to your teacher. I was just picking up my kid. The kids did listen. I have seen a teacher get into a child face and yelling at them due to the child made a mistake. That teacher did it with two kids in the after school room. That teacher made them cry. I tried to talk to the director about it, but she told me she is busy and showed that she didn't care. That's when it was time for me to take my child out of that place.

Disregard the news channel doing a segment on one of the sister locations. This location is absolutely amazing. My son has been going here for 2 years now and my daughter a little over 6 months. When I tell you the teachers care- it’s an understatement. My kids get so happy when we pull up at “school.”The center director, Leslie Hall, is by far the best center director I have met. He takes the kids AND parents emotions seriously. I’m not going to lie, there have been some instances regarding some teachers, but when I spoke up and brought it to the attention of Mr. Hall, those teachers were gone the next day. Mr. Hall once said “I take the care of these kids as if they were my own, because they are my own when you leave them here.”Now, I don’t know about other centers or other teachers, but THIS location has been such a safe and wonderful place for my kiddos. My husband and I genuinely feel safe and comfortable leaving our kids here with all of the teachers.

I want to say I am very pleased with kindercare they have been so amazing with both of my girls since day in . My had bad anxiety at first bringing them to a new facility due to a bad experience at another daycare. My kids have been there over a year and I have to say my kids love each and everyone of the teachers there and I appreciate everything they do for them they treat us like we are family. My girls have learned so much being there it blows my mind. Also big shout out to Ruth and Erika for keeping this place together. I’m a busy mom so I love seeing my kids on the app it helps me get threw my day knowing I can just log in and see how much fun they are having . I recommend this daycare to everyone . Great job to all of the staff .D.Rodriguez

I would love to share my experience with this center. I enrolled my 3yr old in March 2019. When I called I spoke with Ms Bianca and she was very professional and knowledgeable with the entire process which made me enroll my child. Unfortunately, due to some life events I withdrew my child from the center as of 02/21/20 and I wanted to share my experience. Ms. Michelle (3 yr old room)was amazing, loving and caring from day one. She is very welcoming and knows how to make your child feel like this is their 2nd home away from home. Ms. Keoni, Ms. Maria & Mr. Enrique (4yr old room)all are AMAZING! There isn’t enough words in my review to express my appreciation with the staff! If you are looking for a daycare who gives 100 percent then this is the place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I will miss y’all! A MILLION THANKS!

I have had my child enrolled in Kindercare at the Parliament location since November of 2019. I did have my reservations as it is my first child at 3 years old, and first time in a learning center. Having had experience in owning a child care facility, I know the trials and tribulations of early childhood learning and development. This center has improved consistently since the new director has taken lead. Mrs. Ruth is amazing and what she is building with the teachers in the facility is truly a work of art. The feel of the center from all individuals especially Mrs. Michelle, Mrs. Catherine, Mrs. Maria, and Mr. Enrique, whom all pour their hearts into the children. I have had the opportunity to see the children run to all of them the minute they walk in to the classrooms. The environment there is one of concentrated love for the children. If you have a decision to be made for where to send your child and be cared for the way a parent would. This is the place, even if you have to get on a waiting list...Get On The Waiting List!!.

I LOVE this KinderCare for my kids. From the very beginning they were welcoming.They gave me plenty info when I called and set up a tour. I was really worried my kids wouldn’t like it as this was the first time in a LONG time I had to leave them so I could work. My kids love it so much here they ask me if I can pick them late in the day so they can stay longer haha. Currently because of COVID they are helping virtual students with school assignments. I appreciate that SO much, I love the updates as well as communicating between teachers, directors and parents. My kids are in two age groups my son is in Mr. Enrique’s &Ms. Maria for PK (whom he always talks about), and my daughters in the school age with Ms. Bri, I honestly can say I would recommend. Thank y’all, Ms. Ruth, Ms. Erica and staff for all y’all do for my kiddos and making me as a parent feel that my kids are in GREAT loving care!!!!

At first i was very anxious for my son to go to daycare but I put my trust in them and they haven't disappointed me at all. They take such good care of him and he has learned so much since starting in September. I have seen positive change in my son and I can't wait to see what else he learns.

My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 1 1/2 years old. She has been Thru many teachers and 3 directors so far.. Tara the new director is amazing . She truly goes the extra mile. Weather I have concerns or questions or just need reassurance , she is always there for my daughter and I . Mrs. Valerie was her 2 yr old teacher and she was so good to us. Mrs. Michelle her 3’s teacher was always transparent and knew how I wanted my daughter taken care of .. Now ms. Vennessa is her 4’s teacher and I’m so blessed to have her in there. We had some problems arise when she first moved into that class due to the teachers before not having enough experience dealing with this particular age group. ( there 4 and 5 yr olds, they will test and act out at the drop of a hat ) but with ms. Venessa, she has put some order into that room, and truly cares for the kids. I know this job is one of the harderst to handle but these women collectively have exceeded my expectations time and time again. I’m so thankful that my daughter feels safe and LOVES to be with ms. Tara the director. She will accomadate my daughter as well as other children there time and time again. I love her work ethic and our goals for my child line up .. thank you so much as well to ms. Bianca .. from my family to yours , you ladies are amazing. ❤️❤️
