I love my new home, it is lovely. The environment is quiet, the staff is very kind and helpful. I have a nice view of the sky from my bed room window. I would recommend this complex in a heart beat.

Update: The Park on Wurzbach worked with me on reducing the charge to $15 which I appreciate. Glad to have left on a good note.
EDIT: Upon moving out they tried to hit me with move out charges such as carpet cleaning and wall cleaning fees close to $200 out of pocket even though I left the apartment as I did when moved in. They try to charge you “prorated lifespan fees” of carpet/wall paint for tenants. not mentioned in contract or provide reasons outside of regular wear and tear. If these get completely removed i’ll change my review back to 5 stars.
Had a pleasure while living here. Safe and Clean apartments with great amenities and staff, especially the maintenance team. move in and move out was simple and fast. Will recommend to my friends. My only opinion on improvement would be to allow gate opening option included with rent to allow access to those living on the left side of the property. not doing so, you either have to drive all the way around or pay additional fee for quicker access. Thanks you!

I love the location. It’s right next to the highway but not so close to where you hear the buzz of the traffic. The property is well taken care of and the community looks calm and peaceful. I went in to take a look and Sierra went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect apartment that checked off all my boxes. I didn’t plan on finding something and applying right away, but I’m glad I don’t have to look around anymore! Thank you Sierra!!!

Absolutely beautiful property and such a friendly and warm office staff. I came to tour on my day off since I’m moving out here and after checking out a few apartments in the area, I’m glad I found The Park on Wurzbach. Sierra in the front office gave me all the information I needed and made me feel at home. She was super helpful through the application process and was right there to answer my questions. I really appreciated how transparent she was at explaining everything and how thoroughly she answered my questions. For anyone looking to move to San Antonio, come and see Sierra and she’ll take care of you!

Been living here for a few days already and my family and I love it. I am new to San Antonio, recently promoted and had to leave South Texas. While looking for apartments to rent, we came across these. From start to finish, Danielle and Sierra helped us through our application. They are so professional and very helpful. Super responsive to emails. The apartment looks aesthetically pleasing, they are very nice and modern. Has all the amenities you need and want. All the good stores and places are within minutes. Park at Wurzbach is definitely worth their price.

Sierra was soooo thorough with the tour. Not to mention extremely patient with the unfathomable amount of questions asked. 11/10 gold stars. She meant business but met right in the middle with friendly and personal but no boundaries crossed. More people like her in the world are needed. ?? Ask ?? for ?? Sierra.
