I wish I could give them zero stars. I gave this place one more try (third time is the charm), girl….NO. I showed them a pic of what I wanted before they even touched my hands to which they said they could do. Nope didn’t have the stickers they needed, trying pawning off a different sticker that didn’t even look relatively close AND a different color. I settled for a completely different color because I had no choice. Not to mention she royally messed up my dip to the point where she had to put gel polish over the nails to basically fix her mistake. My inspo pic also had THREE butterflies. I only received ONE. I vocalized how unhappy I was and then they legit showed me the CORRECT butterflies after I’m about to pay and said they can’t place them over dip like if I’m a manicurist and I was suppose to know.
Ladies, do not come here. I regret not going to my now usual salon (Nail Spa on Basse which I didn’t go to this time around because it was packed). They didn’t offer to fix it either they just said “next time you come back we can fix it” and didn’t charge me for the sticker (big whoop). I told them that there wouldn’t be a next time. I wish I was lying about my experience. I’m not. I’m so embarrassed how they look.

Didn't cut my cuticles, didn't properly file my nails. Unprofessional workplace. I do not recommend if your looking for quality.

These Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful set created by Rocky. The customer service is exceptional. The ambiance is elegant, serene and super clean! Complimentary drinks, they will make sure you are well taken care of. Thank you much for making my experience and service so enjoyable and relaxing. I so recommend and will definitely be coming back!!

Arrived to store at 1832. Asked for a fill-in… female tech told me to sign in and have a sit… 20 mins later I’m being told I would not receive service bc it’s “too late”. Seriously?!? Tell me this when I walk in.. wouldn’t have been upset would have said okay I’ll come back other time…not after making me wait 20 minutes. I find this to be disrespectful.

This was a SUPER experience! He did such an amazing job (and that’s because he wasn’t feeling well). I can’t wait to be amazed with any new designs I decide to bring in ???
Camera on my phone is not the best and it is dark outside so I hope everyone can see how fabulous these nails look!

I came to get my nails done toes and eyebrows yesterday. I got my toes done and the man barely touched the bottom of my feet I hated them . Then I booked services with Kelly before I left get there today and Kelly booked for someone else. I like Kelly and her work but that lady at the front is unprofessional and the gentle man that did my toes needs to learn how to properly do a pedicure.

I called on a Saturday for a last minute fill and was told it was ok to come in. I arrived, checked in and immediately someone started the process of filling my nails. A few minutes later she sent me to another Tech who had just finished 2 other customers.
Rocky did an awesome job on my nails! He was friendly, thorough, and gave me exactly what I wanted. The shop was clean and everyone was friendly.
Highly recommend!!!

First time trying this place and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Whenever I am in town this will definitely be my go to place to get my nails done. Julie did an amazing job!!!! The place was clean, everyone was friendly and I loved the atmosphere.
