Worst service I have EVERY received! No one cared enough to help us. Panda said to call door, door dash said to call panda. When asked to ask to someone at this location to give me a manager, they said they didn’t have one on site, but they could take my number. Who has a business open with no manager on site or someone who has the ability to make the decision to help your paying customers. I will never order from this chain again.

They refused to cut the chicken they 1st gave me anymore . No plastic knives anywhere manager said "because thats panda "??♂️ Beef tasted old and gross . The chicken was pretty nasty and fatty . They did cut up some more "choke on this size chicken bites " for me . If you can't cut it with the plastic fork , or through the fat , good luck ! Trash service , even from the manager . You can tell these kids are ready to go home at 9pm when it closes at 10:30pm . $15 for stress , no thanks . Not coming back !

I order a bigger plate with fried rice & didn’t receive any fried rice. The gm did not put in any effort to help me out. Because i “didn’t have a receipt “ i had literally left the drive through 5 mins ago. Had a credit card statement showing i had just left there with the total. They should emphasize for customers to hold their receipts Just in case THEY mess the food order up. He could have easily went back a couple of orders & matched it to the time of my bank statement & total & easily see the transaction. Now i have to literally pay the consequences of their actions. Instead of just meeting common grounds & giving me the fried rice & say I’m sorry we mess up we need the receipt next time here’s the side of fried rice.

I’m so disappointed that TWICE in a row this location has failed to complete my order accurately. I will preface with I am 9 months pregnant and was craving the shrimp. so I ordered a bigger plate with 2 chicken entrees and a honey walnut shrimp for dinner, I got home and the shrimp which I was the only thing I was craving was missing. Okay.. sad whatever I called and they said they can replace it the next time. I come through the drive through again, I order the same exact thing, a bigger plate with 2 chicken and shrimp entree. I give them my receipt at the window and tell them about what happened last time and that the manager said she would replace the shrimp free. they proceeded to charge me still for the bigger plate and the shrimp upgrade and then tell me to pull forward and wait for the extra shrimp. ???? I’m so confused? Why did I still get charged for the shrimp and need an extra order I didn’t ask for. And on top of that now I have to wait for it while the rest of my food gets cold. Ridiculous.

Sat in drive through lane. They never took my order got to the window tried explaining I didn’t have an order because they would not take. It. Drive through idiot told me we have to ordering kiosks you should have know not to pull forward to the first kiosk. Huh??? Except That is where they are takingOrders. Never again.

I eat at a lot of panda expresses but this is the first one that ever sucked. The food wasn't cooked right and they didn't put any sauces in the Uber order like was requested.

The beef had a Stangey taste and texture I can’t really describe made me think; I wonder if this is one of those stray cats or dogs that they found are trapped.

yesterday I spent $22 on my husband and my dinner and this is what I got, burned steak, which by the way they charge extra, which It ruined all the flavor of the meal and the manager Diego instead of correcting the mistake by replacing the meal o returning the money He just smiled in a teasing way when I asked him nicely for the corporation number,since all he want to do is replaced a side of steak or a less amount on a give card, even when I told him the flavor for both plates where ruined, I never like to complain but we should all have respect for others time and money. Called Corporation and they refunded me the money, no need to make customers go through that.

How does a location not offer no stir fried entrees or super greens? No kung Pao chicken, no string bean chicken, no super greens, no broccoli beef? WTH?♂️?♂️I’ve seen it all from this place and it is very disappointing. The General Manager is not always available. Stop hiding and answer some questions that affect your establishment. You should be terminated… period as you have lost the confidence of your patrons,I know it’s hard to find quality help these days. I feel sorry for our future. ?♂️?♂️?♂️
