In stark contrast, my visit to Ace Hardware was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff eager to help. They quickly guided me to the screws I needed, and even offered suggestions based on my project. The personal attention made all the difference, turning what could have been another tedious errand into a pleasant shopping experience.
Overall, my trip to Home Depot left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, while Ace Hardware proved to be a welcoming and helpful alternative. I’ll definitely think twice before returning to Home Depot for my hardware needs.”

“I have a 1988 Jeep Wrangler survivor. I needed to repaint the hood. They said to me, that they could not get a perfect match but that it would be close enough to blend.
They lied!
I shot the hood and presto, an exact match to the 36 year old door I brought them. Didn't need to blend the fenders or cowl. I even painted the cowl grill, reinstalled it, and it disappeared. Great Job.”

“I was driving down the road when I suddenly happen to be scraped by another car, and chipped the paint of my blue car. I was devastated because I didn't want a scrape on my beautiful paint. Well i do some research and find this place. I go on with medium hopes, a small business. I was AMAZED! The customer service was fast, and they helped me identify the blue paint that was needed. “They did color match a small sample I give them that but they sold me on the concept of that it would be better to buy a gallon of paint that it would be cost efficient than a quart and the person who service me said it would be 20 dollars which it was twice the amount when all I needed was a quart.”

“We recently had the best experience here. There were two employees working. One was Amelia, not sure of the other person's name. But they were both extremely helpful. Amelia took great care to not only match the color of our old cabinet but to also match the finish type so that we absolutely couldn't tell the difference between the old and new paint.”
“Just like the other branches of this chain of paint stores, it takes a long time to make your purchases, there are not enough employees working there, just like the others they always don't have something which, apart from the time you have to wait, is which delays you going to another store so there isn't one in one which is a little annoying. In general everything is fine”

“Courtesy, professional, and accommodating. Staining a fence and was a gallon short of completing the task. Walked into PPG Paints 8108 location with only a dried stain sample; a mixture of two different tints and a dye I threw in. The fella asked if I could wait while he attempted to match the stain. Twenty minutes later, and with a gallon of custom tint in hand, I was ready to finish the fence. This was my first visit to a PPG Paints store, and my experience was exceptional.”
“One of the best stores of this great franchise in my particular point of view, one of the best experiences I have had shopping, the attention from the staff who works there is very attentive, the orders are placed in a timely manner and not like in Other stores that, even when requesting orders in advance, do not prepare them make you wait a long time and finally in this branch everything is different, the bad thing is that, like in all the previous ones, they do not have all the material that is needed or required to be purchased. But in general everything is good”

I could never get anyone to answer the phone when I attempted to call to get updates. Finally just had to go directly to the store and they mixed the samples right there. No explanation or apology was provided for the delay. Last time I'll be doing business with SW.”

“My wife and I visited the store at 1604 and 281. We found both Anthony and Richard extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We walked in not knowing what colors we needed to use in our kitchen remodel and they both helped with identifying the color that would best match our cabinets backsplash and countertops. This was a huge relief since we had no idea what to do.We will continue using this store for the product but more importantly the people that provided us with truly outstanding customer service.
