Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The skirt didn't have a tag so they decided to charge whatever they wanted until I pulled up the exact skirt online and then they refused to give us the actual price. I will not be returning to this location. Need to hire more experienced employees here so they know how to look up an item and apply the correct price instead of taking the lazy way out and lie about "price matching".

Our cashier was very helpful for a issue we were having. So friendly even with being so busy. It's nice to see the Mall coming back to life again. Was packed like the old days :)

I was walking to the checkout line with an essentials hoodie then stopped by a short lady with black hair and blue contacts she stated to me “I can’t take the brand off the shelf and walk off with it.” Mind you I am 2 feet away from the checkout line and there was no sign stating you cannot grab an item to buy it. Never was welcomed when I entered or asked if I needed any help. Definitely never going back there.

Crystal I think was her name was a big help. A item wasn't priced and she went through many channels to fix it. Granted it was overpriced but i appreciate the effort

This location was great, but pacsun as a whole has gone down the drain. The clothes just seem like fast fashion and the prices are high for the goods that are of past pacsun quality. Sad to see, but this location is as good as it gets for pacsun. Workers are nice and helpful.

LIMITED seating. RUDE employees. The benches they do have are not directly near the changing room. If your loved one is changing, unfortunately you can’t be comfortable and close by while waiting for them. I moved some clothes a little over on one of their clothing displays so that I could sit down and be near my fiancé when he came out to show me his outfit. (Some people get anxiety when having to model clothes in front of strangers.)An employee came over and started talking VERY LOUDLY to me, “HI YOU CAN’T BE SITTING THERE. WE DO HAVE BENCHES OVER THERE, BUT THIS IS NOT FOR HUMANS.” I was confused because I had already been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. This employee was acting like I was arguing or making a scene when this person CAME TO ME and was TALKING LOUDLY. People were STARING. I told this person TWICE, “Okay, I am leaving” and they CONTINUED to speak loudly about how I was not to sit there.This place has a nice selection of clothes, but ZERO of their employees checked in / welcomed us and then that employee was RUDE to me for trying to find a place to sit.If you want to be uncomfortable or inconvenienced while your loved one is changing OR if you want employees to not help you, this is the place to shop.

He was going rly slow and asked me to repeat my name several times because his friends we’re being too loud. other pacsun stores i’ve gone to are better than this one!

Store was closed because of inventory. Although the employees inside were just standing around talking and on their phones. I just had a simple return.
