I was walking to the checkout line with an essentials hoodie then stopped by a short lady with black hair and blue contacts she stated to me “I can’t take the brand off the shelf and walk off with it.” Mind you I am 2 feet away from the checkout line and there was no sign stating you cannot grab an item to buy it. Never was welcomed when I entered or asked if I needed any help. Definitely never going back there.

Crystal I think was her name was a big help. A item wasn't priced and she went through many channels to fix it. Granted it was overpriced but i appreciate the effort

This location was great, but pacsun as a whole has gone down the drain. The clothes just seem like fast fashion and the prices are high for the goods that are of past pacsun quality. Sad to see, but this location is as good as it gets for pacsun. Workers are nice and helpful.

LIMITED seating. RUDE employees. The benches they do have are not directly near the changing room. If your loved one is changing, unfortunately you can’t be comfortable and close by while waiting for them. I moved some clothes a little over on one of their clothing displays so that I could sit down and be near my fiancé when he came out to show me his outfit. (Some people get anxiety when having to model clothes in front of strangers.)An employee came over and started talking VERY LOUDLY to me, “HI YOU CAN’T BE SITTING THERE. WE DO HAVE BENCHES OVER THERE, BUT THIS IS NOT FOR HUMANS.” I was confused because I had already been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. This employee was acting like I was arguing or making a scene when this person CAME TO ME and was TALKING LOUDLY. People were STARING. I told this person TWICE, “Okay, I am leaving” and they CONTINUED to speak loudly about how I was not to sit there.This place has a nice selection of clothes, but ZERO of their employees checked in / welcomed us and then that employee was RUDE to me for trying to find a place to sit.If you want to be uncomfortable or inconvenienced while your loved one is changing OR if you want employees to not help you, this is the place to shop.

The cashier was at the register on his phone, talking to his friends, and cussing while I was just standing there waiting for him to do his job. He was going rly slow and asked me to repeat my name several times because his friends we’re being too loud. other pacsun stores i’ve gone to are better than this one!

Store was closed because of inventory. Although the employees inside were just standing around talking and on their phones. I just had a simple return.

Do not shop here. A disappointing experience. They do not even deserve 1 ⭐️. Poor refund policy and horrible customer service. Store manager Aranda S. told me she could not assist me with my online return or refund my money because my purchase was too recent. She said they are only refunding online purchases prior to June. When I asked for other options and if she could assist me by contacting customer service, she told me she could not and said her customer purchasing an item in line behind me was more important and she needed to assist them. The store was virtually empty. She could have offered to help me after she rang up the 1 customer behind me.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been there twice and nobody helps you at all. I went in today and I was the ONLY customer there and this girl didn’t hardly even look up at me. Also, they are totally stealing zumiez brands. Santa Cruz is a ZUMIEZ brand, not pacsun! But they now sell it there. Zumiez on the other hand has amazing customer service and even when it’s crowded as hell, someone always helps me out. Shop at zumiez instead, they will always be the best!
