I Absolutely had a horrible experience at this place. My insurance sent my vehicle to get repaired here. They were supposed to replace a gas tank on my Mercedes-Benz and my vehicle has never been the same again. In fact it started leaking gas here recently and my fuel gage has not been working since. I’ve taken it back several times For them to fix the issues and all I ever got was excuses and excuses and excuses on why they couldn’t fix it then they started blaming the insurance. It was just a Horrible experience overall. back and forth between them and the insurance company and I’m the customer and I’m the one suffering the most So now I have to find another place to get my vehicle fixed because it’s dangerous for me to be driving around with a gas tank that is leaking gas .. so once again, do not and I repeat do not take your vehicle to Pablo’s collision and repair for any type of work on your vehicle

I have been there don't know what all the complaints people are saying if they know the truth ok here it is your insurance company does not always buy new parts they try saving money by buying used parts from the junkyard so they have to replace the new old parts and repair them to make them look new and at that the parts are not all in town sometime they come from Dallas and other places so I don't know why people are saying all this cause it's not true they fix by the way they come in some job simple some are not and if we had 10 cars there it would look like a junk yard all them used parts so anywhere you take your car or truck it take a while so you wreck your vehicle and send it to a shop well guess what they don't start on it till the insurance adjuster show up and give the green light and make an estimate on the repairs of your vehicle and then if you find more.damage got to stop work call the adjuster wait for him to come reappraised the car then go on again don't about you but the insurance drag there feet so then jump to another vehicle start on it same process all over again and then it goes to paint again people don't know all the problems they go through there people think oh order paint and it right on some time yes lot of time no so you see problems exists everywhere so give them credit it a lot to balance but nope people are quick to judge going have that problem everywhere don't believe spend one day there and you'll see .

stay away from Pablo’s Collision. It took 3 months for our vehicle to get returned to us. it’s not even finished the only reason he gave it back to us was due to us calling and complaining every week. he quoted us a new trunk and we paid for it and is now stating he did not order it because he needed to use the money for other things for our vehicle. our vehicle is missing decals, trunk doesn’t close, paint is cracking, “ new“ tail lights are cracked, old trunk is still on, new scratches, inside trunk was not put together. overall a mess for $5k he scammed us for. take your money and business elsewhere. if you recently got “work” done here and feel they did not fox your vehicle please fill out a consumer complaint with the office of the attorney general.

I got into a car accident before Thanksgiving and was recommended this shop due to its 60+ years of experience. Dropped my car off here 12/6 and called them every week for an update only to be told “we’re short on staff and parts bc of COVID”- I’m an understanding person and especially with the holidays I can give some leeway. HOWEVER, with these weekly calls I know for a fact they didn’t open my car until week 3 to look for additional interior damages. I only had my rental for 30 days and after that it was going to be out of pocket. I DRIVE FOR WORK, so I was checking progress as much as I could and if it took 3 weeks to open it up then I could’ve been driving it this whole time instead of having the rental. They estimated 4 weeks initially, then another 2 weeks saying they’re almost done. I gave them an additional 1.5 weeks before I called back to check and now at week 9, they’re telling me they’re still working on the underside when last time they told me they just needed to add paint.
This is the longest I’ve ever had to leave my car in the shop. The insurance originally granted 8 DAYS to be repaired on the initial estimate. I understand with the holidays and shortage of staff but the estimated time is double what was quoted to me. I’m without work because my rental was due back and it’s been a constant back and forth with them.
Maybe don’t say you care about timeliness in your automated messages bc it’s obvious that yall don’t. I would’ve been understanding if they told me they were unable to accommodate my car so that I could’ve gone elsewhere. I still don’t have my car and still don’t know when it’ll be done. Don’t recommend. The 2 stars is only bc they’ve done decent at diagnosing and trying to get additional supplement from insurance.

Do NOT go here it took OVER three months to get our vehicle back and when we finally did the battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge, bought a new battery and then the check engine along with all the other lights won't turn off, the seat forward and back is busted one tire has a ball AND a nail in it, and the list goes On and On!!!
Save yourself the headache!!!
Take it somewhere else!!!

The absolute WORST repair shop in San Antonio, Texas. My insurance company recommended this place and I’ll be dropping them very soon. My car was at the shop for almost 5 months. I never received an update about the status of my vehicle. I would have to constantly call and get answers on my own. When I did call I would get the same story over and over. I would randomly pop up at the shop just to see what was going on and I’m glad I did because I discovered NEW damages on passenger door, back lights and the front of my car. When questioned about these damages the owner would say “Are you sure those damages weren’t there before”? Luckily I had pictures of my car before it entered the shop. He misplaced my license plates then asked me if I had them. He would tell me my car would be ready in a week then I’d call to see if I can come get my car and he would say it’s not ready we’re still waiting for parts which was a lie or he needed extra time to detail my car which they did a terrible job! Everything was stuffed into my glove compartment and arm rest. One random day I decided to pop up I found my car completely finished and my bumper waiting to be attached while the workers joke around and drink coffee. After getting the run around for 4 and a half months. I put my foot down and demanded my car to be finished and removed from the shop. I told him I was NOT leaving without my car and it needs to be done by 3:00pm. I honestly believe my insurance company gets a profit when they recommend clients to this shop and the owner makes a killing off of storage fees. So if your car has been here for over a month i recommend you pop up and see what’s going on! I do NOT EVER recommend this business! Stay away from Pablo’s.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. Highly unprofessional! My friend took her vehicle in February 2023. It is now May 2023 and her car is still in the shop. They have even caused additional damages. They have given her excuse after excuse. The owner has allowed the car to sit and collect a storage fee for months. Please do not go here to get your car repair. You will not be satisfied with the ending results
