I have been here twice with white tail and they are excellent at what they do with processing. I also had a shoulder mount done and waiting for my second one. Very satisfied with food processing and mount. Thank you everyone at Ottea

Took 2 deer to get processed. because I've heard good things about them and I'm local to the area. To make a long story short. I paid about 1000 for what I ordered, which is fine when you expect to receive quality. Well, out of 10 packs of jalapeños and cheese buck sticks. I've seen 6 pieces of cheese and 0 jalapeños. Definitely wish I would've drove the extra 2 hours

Ottea deer processing is absolutely top-notch. This was my first time there. They were so helpful when I dropped off my two bucks, and when I got my deer meat back, it was fantastic. They have a huge selection and I got a little bit of everything and every bite has been pure deliciousness. If you're in need of some quality deer processing, this place is the real deal. This place is awesome! It took me a week to find out I had a few items missing from my last deer I harvested. I called and spoke to Jared and he found there was a box that wasnt with my order when I picked it up. After finding my missing box he offered to have them delivered to my house at no cost to me for my inconvenience. This place is amazing and they always treat us with great respect and kindness! Thank you otteas! Dont hesitate to take your deer here to be processed, you wont be disappointed! Oh by the way, the chimichangas are amazing and can be added to your order!?

Really disappointed in the level of processing we received on our axis deer. All of the steaks still had membrane on them, making them very tough. I posted some pictures of one of the hams and what I had to cut off of it before cooking.Their chorizo is delicious, though.

Giving credit where it's due. If your SA local or surrounding area, I'd highly consider Ottea's! This was my first time using them, and so far it has been a great experience. When I arrived to drop off my Axis buck, one of the employees came and grabbed the head and the big cooler full of meat from my truck that way I didn't have to. After they collected the meat, they sprayed and cleaned out my cooler without me having to ask. They were helpful with the meat selections and had it processed within the quoted time frame. When I went to pick up the meat, they loaded it in my vehicle for me and it was also packaged very nice & neat. These small gestures don't go unnoticed, keep up the great service and I will keep referring y'all ! I am also getting a wall mount done through their taxidermist, will update review after I receive the mount.

Amazing facility. Cleanest I have ever seen. Expert skinners and taxidermists. Worth the drive if you are anywhere near San Antonio.

Ever since I have been coming to otteas, I’ve had nothing but great service. It seems as if everyone working actually enjoys their job. On top of the service they have some of the best dry sausage and jerky I have ever tasted in my entire life.

I'm recommending the services of Ottea Game Processing to everyone. Jared & Sebrina were helpful, friendly and polite. They explained what cuts we could expect from our buck, helped us decided, and never tried to rush us. When we received the finished product, the packages were well sealed and clearly marked. The prices are very reasonable.

Great customer service, friendly staff and quick turnaround on game processing. Only complaints would be that they do a better job of vacuum packing the meat some backstrap and smoked sausages had air pockets that causes freezer burn. Also the plastic wrap used for hamburger/chili/ pan sausage is too thin and easily gets cuts when transporting or stacking in freezer and that to causes freezer burn or blood dripping out when thawing.
