Recently brought my new car here with a flat as they were closing up for the day. They’re good people, I really appreciate them for staying a little later to help me out that evening and patch up my tire. My family has also brought their cars here for other jobs and inspection, their prices are reasonable, they’re honest and do great work. We’ve never had any complaints. Highly recommend Oscar’s tire shop.

Oscar, Alex and their team have been nothing but spectacular. I pulled up with my donut and though they didn’t have my tire in stock there offered alternatives, but because I was referred to them I wanted to give my business here. They had my new tire ordered the next day. Unfortunately the wrong one was delivered but that didn’t stop this team!! Oscar himself went for the correct tire and took real great care of my vehicle in a way I feel no other place would have thank you so much for the great customer service and care !

The only service I received there was the state inspection. This review is not for the business itself. The lady that works there is nasty rude. Both my husband and I have been there before and he refused go back there. I forgot about the ride lady and when to get my vehicle inspected. I didn't think to look at the inspection paper she gave me to renew my registration until I got home. Upon trying renew my registration I saw she inspected a completely different vehicle then the one I brought in. It had all the information I provided her but a different vehicle. I'm confused as to someone who should know the make and models of vehicles from one other to make sure a huge mistake. I called the state to make sure that my license plate and vin number match my vehicle and everything came back correct. I would use caution or not go there at all when getting your vehicle inspected. I plan to return when they are open again to get this situation corrected. After this I will never return there again. Not only she is rude and snotty, but she obviously does not verify important information before going about her day. Very unprofessional. (Update) The inspector said it was my fault that the information was incorrect. HMMM..... So it was my fault for not telling her the license plate number was matched to the vehicle I was driving at that very moment getting inspected. Also the insurance information she collected had the VIN of the make and model of the vehicle she was inspecting. She clearly did not check the incorrect information on her screen with the vehicle she was inspecting. She signed a state document certifying that she properly performed, inspected and physically examined the manufactures VIN with the vehicle she had just inspected with the documents she was signing in accordance with TPS state law. Regardless if the license plates came up with a different vehicle, in this case she should have verified the information more thoroughly. That is laziness, disrespectful, and careless behavior. However to the inspector, it was my fault for not doing her job for her.
