Derrick Collins is extremely friendly and professional! He always does a great job when he comes, and is very efficient when servicing. I used ORKIN for the first time in my home and want to say they’re Professional, friendly and it worked!! I had scorpions and crickets coming in my house and they took care of it!??? Thank you ORKIN for helping me feel safe and comfortable being bug free

Orkin came out today for an inspection and Don was exceptional!!!! From the moment he walked through our door he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us ideas how to improve our pest problem. It’s so hard to have patience when you have pests because you want them gone immediately. Lord knows that✝️✝️ He performed an excellent inspection and will be back in a couple of weeks to re-examine the treatment. Ty Orkin for everything! I would highly recommend Orkin after our experience today.

Too expensive and they never arrive in the timeframe texted. Challenging to get in touch with the local office and they over billed me.

Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very respectful of my time and my home. I was disappointed however when he showed up and told me that your product doesn't work for gnats (which was our primary issue). I had specifically asked about gnats when I called to schedule, and went into detail about our gnat issue with the female who scheduled the service. She was also very friendly, but please provide her with some education RE which problems Orkin can actually resolve. We went ahead and decided to have Adrian provide the service, in order to control the occasional bug we see here and there. But, our gnat saga continues....

Mr. Fletcher is an amazing person and is so great with customer service. I love how my kids will ask him some questions and he does not hesitate and will answer them. My oldest showed interest in Mr. Fletchers job and we all learned more about how the Orkin services work. He is a very compassionate, understanding person and does not have a judgmental demeanor. He always jokes with us and has a good time and we feel like he is part of the family.

Jr is amazing and goes above and beyond my expectations every service. His customer service is impeccable! He does things right the first time. He takes the time to ask about any issues or concerns and educates along the way. He doesn’t rush or only put down granules for sake of time like my prior visit. He is thorough with his job and I appreciate that. With Jr, follow ups or in between appointment visits are not needed. This man deserves a raise!!!! He’s an absolute gem!

Very professional and able to explain the process of what I needed to know about my extermination. Courteous and he made sure he was properly dressed to enter the house to keep clean. Thank you!PS. I have used Orkin previously and I trust their work. They always give me an arrival window and i feel it’s up to me to be prepared for them; they always arrive within the window time and I am never surprised because I expect them.

I would prefer having Ed do my spray. I do t really like having others because I know and trust Ed. He can come and go whether I am here or not. Please put him back on my schedule.

It would have been nice if the service would have been scheduled. The Orkin service person arrived while I was having a roof installed and they were not able to service my back yard. I only got partial service. Next time please call ahead and schedule an appropriate time.Service: Termite inspection
