Went in for a problem that was described to me. Had a customer service rep come out to my vehicle and nothing was needed. They easily could’ve sold me stuff I didn’t need! Love these guys!

I'm giving 4 stars only because any time I have gone there for something they are either out of the brand of item I wanted or I have to settle for a lesser brand because they are out. Must be a very busy store.

I can never get this location to answer the phone! I have called more than 20 times with no answer. I can’t even verify the closing time. How can I trust the closing time of 10 o’clock if I can’t even get an answer otp to verify it.
Update: After continued multiple unsuccessful attempts to get an answer on the phone, I finally got an answer. The team member informed me that they were short staffed and busy. I’m glad I was able to verify closing time before it was too late.

Very bad service from the manager Yuri Duran, I went to this location to ask if they would put the computer in my truck, since the check marked me, and the manager didn't say to me and another person who requested the same service that they couldn't right now Because there were only 2 people at the counter, it's not that he told us that he couldn't give us the service, but rather the rude way in which he said it, what bothers me is that the other worker was already going to be the service for me and the manager. He told him no. On the door where the phones are located it says “customer satisfaction comes first” with the manager Yuri Durán I don't believe it, I have been an oral customer for 13 years, I think it is time to change with the competition.
