Just moved to the area, cracked my oil filter cap trying to change my oil. Walked to O’Reilly to get the part. Got the part, so good on ‘em, but the guy with glasses treated me like a drug addict. Rude as all get out. Guess AutoZone’s my store now, and AutoZone sucks, but that’s how bad I want a decent customer interaction.

The O'Reilly at this location is great. They have great customer service and always have the auto item that I need. I recently bought a battery there and they installed it for me.

I was told on multiple occasions that the paint expert was not available. I would come back time after time and still, he was never available. No other options were provided. Waste of time.

Miranda and the crew here were outstanding. Had all of my parts readily available and in stock. Not many part stores can say that. Usually, you're driving around town to different locations. Decent priced. May have found my regular O'REILLYs. A bonus is the lifetime warranty on brakes. They really focus on customer service at this location.

The staff is young, energetic, and happy to assist! They are all very knowledgeable and helpful! If you need custom paint, they can mix it for you as you wait. I was very surprised, and satisfied with their product, and professionalism!

They are a good bunch of young kids that get you all the discount your entitled to being a senior adult plus they will price match rock auto not 100% but at least 75% any day
