I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but his son has a Chrysler 300.
He checked my battery and then helped me install a new one, definitely went above and beyond!

These guys are good. At 1st, I thought they were a bunch of knuckleheads. But as I discussed my situations, I was wrong. The gentlemen use the same search engine as I do, and they take the time to ensure the part is correct and explain the process of parts being ordered.
I'll be back.
Oh, and they most always have what I need.b

O'Reilly's has great service. More part selection, slightly higher priced, but better quality parts. Awesome in store sales flyer deals. Parts counter always great assistance and helping you find the right part.

Trent and Jose were great, above and beyond. They assisted me on Saturday evening, 29 Jul 2023. I had first gone to Autozone, only 2 businesses over to get assistance tightening the jumbo nut on my hitch. I was told my only option was to by the appropriate size wrench. Guess what…it cost as much as a hitch. No thanks! I then went to O’s and made the same request for assistance. Without hesitation they said, “ let’s se what we can do.” Together they were able to tighten it significantly and alleviate my concerns of having any issues with it as we begin a 4,000 mile journey from San Antonio to Alaska. I’m big on service and O’s may have just earned a customer for life and Autozone may have just lost this one.
