Above and beyond at customer service at this location. Specifically Bruce, was very helpful when I called, and even more helpful when I arrived. The windshield wipers on my car have a clamp that has to hooked up just right to perform properly, so he came out and put them on for me. Shout out to Ray for coming over to assist. Like I said, great customer sevice. Thanks guys!!

I’ve been here a few times in the last months and dealt with, but mainly brew and I got to say I have previously left the battery review from previous employees that worked here but I was really shocked and impressed with this man. I called first and spoke to him he got all my parts pulled out and ready for me on the counter. He has great customer service he’s friendly, Informative, patient, And very very knowledgeable with Automotive I’m glad to see that the store has changed employees and I’m happy to know that I can return to a store that has this great customer service and is great. Awesome type of employees kudos for Brew !!! I will keep returning as long as I keep getting this great experience I was wow’d!!! You don’t see this type of service any longer these days so I’m happy to know they’re still exist

This review is extremely delayed, but this goes to show how amazing they are at this location. Gabe, the store manager, is so funny and welcoming, I really didn't want to leave!! About 3 weeks ago, I woke up and my car battery was dead. I came here after work and what I thought was going to be a long and irritating process, turned out to be pretty fun and knowledgeable.I have NEVER had to buy a battery on my own in my life!!! I didn't know ANYTHING....aside from needing a new one lol Gabe was awesome in explaining everything. What really stood out was him asking what my budget was looking like. I've been to lots of auto places for other things and I feel like I'm being scammed. They want to offer me the most expensive thing. That wasn't the case here. Within my budget, Gabe offered his recommendation and gave me reasons why, which was great.I walked away feeling like I learned something. I appreciate the time and attention that was paid to me and my problem. Everyone there was very nice and greeted me with a smile. So any other car problems I have, I'll be coming back to see Gabe and his crew!! Thank you again for all your help!

Called to inquire on information and prerequisites needed for my lifetime warrantied brake pads, and I was assisted by a person with zero pleasantries and rude behavior at first. Kept asking why I didn't have the date of purchase and was asking me for the type of car, so he could look up the part number and then give me the warranty details. I told him, I did not have these, but I could give him my phone number so he could look at my purchase history and give me the information I was needing. He appeared aggravated by the fact that I did not have the purchase date, as he was using a tone of voice that expressed frustration. I told why this was so complicated, I have always called and given the information I was needed with no problems. He kept rebuttling instead using his resources to look up what I needed. I asked for his name and that I needed to speak to his manager because I did not like the way he was handling the conversation. He said his name was Gabriel Martinez and that he was the Store Manager. He decided to immediately put me on hold to look up my information after we had exchanged information in our conversation prior. The came back and his tone completely changed to a more genuine positive tone of voice and helped me the way I as a customer should be treated with respect and courtesy and not with frustration and aggravation. At the end of the call, he apologized for his conduct. I accepted his apology, but I am leaving this review to fyi of who you will be treated if you don't have the purchase date of your transaction, which I have never been asked for previously. What a great place, Gabe thank you for your help and conversation today, honest, loyal, eye contact and hospitality…. These days it is so hard to find this in a business today to help another in need is completely a great for humanity. Please anyone if your looking for truth of a business Gabe is that!! Never had an issue with this store, staff here is super helpful. Would rather spend more here then spend less at the autozone 2 minutes down the road.

Live in castroville on my way to San Antonio my battery died good thing I was able to get a jumpstart but when I purchased a battery from here they refused to install it which would leave me stranded. When I called to complain the female assistant manager didn’t even apologize since I already returned the battery. All she stated was that she spoke to him already and there’s nothing she can do since I already returned the battery. She hadn’t even ask why I was returning it or apologized. LAZY. Go to AUTOZONE down the street they were amazing
