Service is not good at all this store. Only the older employees are willing to help people and actually know what they are doing. The omyonger folks can make you spend hundreds of dollars by giving you wrong advice, misdiagnosing problems, and refusing to give a refund when a part came with a manufacturer defect, especially if you have an accent. Trust me, it happened to me. Am making sure I don't go to that store again.

Used to work maybe 20yrs ago at the Bandera/Mainland location. So I noticed the changes over the years. This location seemed very clean and tidy so no complaints. Having at least one speedy checkout for those ready Togo besides the slow I need a part" line is important to keep customers flowing and this place seems to do alright.

Angelita the assistant manager was exceptional when helping us pick out a new battery. Assisted us with the core exchange and helping us sort through our warranty information for the battery. She is amazing and made the experience enjoyable. Definitely recommend going to her if you have any questions.

Huge thanks to Randy for his excellent service! I was having some issues with my car and Randy ran a battery test and recommended a fuel treatment and to replace the batteries in my key fob, so far it’s been working great. Great location, great service, highly recommend!

Just wanted to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jacob and the other kind gentleman working tonight at this O'Reillys. (I wish I had caught the other employee's name. He was a young Hispanic male)They went above and beyond for my husband and I, and the quality of their customer service was beyond anything we have experienced at any other auto parts store.Jacob immediately recognized the issue my husband's truck was having and helped us buy the right part to fix it. Absolutely will be coming here for all our auto parts needs in the future, thanks to these two fantastic employees! Cannot recommend enough!

On Sunday May 14th, I went to O'Reilly's (store # 5753 located at 6438 De Zavala Rd.) to purchase a horn since mine had gone out. The associate (didn't catch his name) went out to my car and tested my fuse box with an object that resembled a paper clip and proceeded to stick that into the fuse port and tell me it was in fact the horn that needed replacing. The associate then disconnected my horn and went inside to test it. The horn did not make any noise, so he rang me up a new one. The associate didn't ask and took it upon himself to replace it for me when I initially was going to do it myself. He was quick with the replacement. After he completed it, I got in my car, and it wouldn't start. I let the associate know and he came outside to look at my vehicle. He was messing with my fuse box and even tried to switch out my battery to see if it worked and my car still wouldn't start. The employees ended up telling me they didn't know what it could be, and they offered no solutions. It was hot outside, and I had my 8-year-old with me who was tired and hungry. We had already been there for an hour and a half with them trying to figure out what was wrong. On top of all of that, it was not how I intended to spend my Mother's Day weekend with my child. At this point I didn't know what else to do and I called a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and take it to the mechanic. The mechanics are saying there's a possibility the associate fried a module, and I could be looking at spending a pretty penny to get it replaced. This initially would have never happened if I replaced it myself as I intended to. I am very disappointed in the lack of accountability your associates took and allowed my 8-year-old and I to remain stranded until I acted on the matter. I would like to know how O'Reilly's will make this right. I misplaced my receipt however, I have the bank statement, the date and time of the event, and the name of one of the associates who stood by while the other two looked at my vehicle. I also have a voice recording and a video of my car being towed away and a voice memo of the associates talking amongst themselves while looking at my vehicle.
