Do not buy batteries from Orileys. They will try any excuse to not honor their product warranty. Had a Super Start Platinum +Amg less than a year old that was discharging over night at their store. They would not warranty it due to not being able to have original receipt. Very inconvenient and terrible customer service.

It wasn't a pricey purchase about $16 for a gas cap. The gentleman I think his name was Warren even looked up the plate number to figure out what submodel my car was, which I did not know myself. Then I started asking questions about how I could install the new gas cap and he came outside and did it for me. I know this place is known for doing things like that but he was very sweet and didn't look at me like you're an idiot and he just hopped to it and got it done. THANKS!

Good place to go overall. I went to get my rotors refinish and they had some issues with the machine. Cody started calling all the local O'Reilly's until we could get confirmation to do the work in another location. Really took good care of the customer.$25 per rotor to refinish Feb 2024 for a 17' Buick

I called and asked if they have the part and someone there told me yes after I went there they told me "oh we don't have it we have to order it for you".
And I specifically ask him I don't have a car I'm taking Uber to there if you don't have it let me know and he said yes we have it is very disappointed.
