I HIGHLY recommend this location!! All of the people working here are friendly and very helpful. I broke down just outside of San Antonio and they helped find the issue, get the part (with a lifetime warranty!), and then went out of their way to help me find a shop nearby that could quickly get us in and back on the road. They were so understanding of our situation and were willing to bend over backwards to give us the best service possible. Their prices are the best around. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Gabriel performed his job very well but the managers and other employees have horrendous attitudes. Go to autozone or advanced auto parts there's some not even a minute away from this horrible o'rileys.

Normally, customer service is decent at this location. However, I recently stopped at this location to have my car's battery tested. I had the misfortune of dealing with a woman named Jax. This woman's attitude was less than acceptable. Jax is rude and makes it clear (by her poor attitude) that she is being inconvenienced by the customer. How OReilly has allowed this one to stay, is beyond me. Unfortunately, she gives this location a bad rep.

Great customer service!!! I had to get 16 spark plugs & some front brake pads for my Jeep. The young cashier was very knowledgeable & helpful. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area & need something for my ride.
