These guys always have what I need. Fast and courteous to myself and other customers around me. I’m new to San Antonio and this place has earned my business as my go-to parts store. Honestly though, it’s what I expect from O’Reillys. Good job guys.

This managers are very rude!!!First I don’t get the receipt from the purchase. He said to me you don’t get the receipt I can’t give a credit! I told him the lady don’t give to me he said she is a manager a manager and you need to asked first. And you are lucky is the system, next time you needed asking for receipt!!! This is ridiculous never come back here ever again. The purchase was made only 2 business day! I have my credit card receipt! They are the mangers oh lord!! Get good training management!!!! Because you are ridiculous rude! September 30th 2023 hopefully they ready this message because thatIs not how you talk the customers be nice! Please to people!
