I purchased the wipers for my car. Needless to say it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be to install. So I went back to store asking them for help. The associate at the store, stated that he can't do it right now and come back at 1 o'clock. I went to second O'Reilly store in pat Booker and the associate said same thing that she can't install it since she is the only one in there. Also in the first store, the associate didn't even know how to take the tab off the wipers. I had to show him how. Well the I went to Advance Auto store and the guy had no issue putting it on for me. It was a bit challenging but he did it. Conclusion: Good by O'Reilly and hello to Advanced Auto store.

While on vacation one of our headlights blew out. Even though they looked up our warranty they would not just replace the light bulb. We had to buy a new one.

I had an issue with my engine, and one of the team members, Dean, was able to run a diagnostic test and identify the problem with ease. With his knowledge, I was able to fix my car pretty quickly. I would absolutely recommend this location for fast and accurate assistance!

Had the A/C on our truck go out on a really hot day and stopped to buy a kit to recharge it. One of the employees, Alfonso, took time to help us not only recharge it properly but also to identify a blown fuse that kept the fan clutch from running. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and we were grateful for his time and expertise. We made it home in comfort on a 100°+ day because of his help. Thank you, sir!

I want to thank Alfonso and Dean for their help, they went above and beyond, they made sure I got the correct part by cross referencing and comparing ever option. I recommend them specifically If you have an odd ball vintage vehicle, they know their stuff.

The assistant Manager named Rudy dark complected (prieto ) has to go through some customer service clases and they got to reevaluate him . I stood in line like any other customer ,I told him I was there so he can hook up the scanner trying to get some information on a engine light that popped up . The guy said he’ll be right out I waited over 25 min made my way back inside to find him on the phone . I then told him what was the issue he said it was store policy to take care of the customers in line !? So I stood in line again my turn came about and I told him if he can assist me and he just asked the customer in line behind me if he was going to check out completely ignoring me . So another employee caught up to the situation and assisted me idk but this guy almost put me and him in a hostile environment. There’s people that ain’t as patient and as forgiven as me . So he should watch the way he treats others I well be forwarding this to corporate in hope they send him to a customer service course or re-evaluate him .

I'm from out of town and I thought my battery wasn't keeping a charge. And I thought it came from OReillys. Put in my maps, and this location was the closest one. Walked inside and Danny was at the counter. I told him my situation and asked him could he check the battery for me. Looked in the computer. And said I hadn't purchased anything from them. I explained to him I know nothing about cars, all I wanted to do was have someone check it. Could he go look at it..he didn't even put the tester on it, just went and looked at it. He acted like I was bothering him, he didn't want to help me. He wasn't even a friendly person. Showed me the battery has a lid to it so he can't see it. But his computers shows I didn't purchase a battery from there. So I figured out it must be auto zone I bought my battery from. Googled it and took it to the closest auto zone. Explained my situation and without looking in the computers to see if it was their battery, they grabbed the tester to test the battery.. Way To Go Auto zone! I will never go to ANY Oreilys because of Danny!!!

Surprised at how much they take care of customers!
