I reached out to this dealership and inquired about a vehicle and the conversation started great like usual once they believe you won’t ask any questions or think your stupid and then once I was giving inside info and wanting to know details about my financing and total amount financed and to give me a breakdown of all fees they all of a sudden got rude disgusted and annoyed. Typical salesman behavior he started to slander me through text mention my weaknesses and opportunities on credit over and over and over I finally had to stop and check this rude and unprofessional behavior. He got all defensive and trying to “sales-splain” to me about what he’s doing but I already knew the game he was playing so I kept calling him out. He wasn’t happy but he got the lesson but not the business because I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AND I AM OWED AN APOLOGY! BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My dad and I bought a car from here. The purchase went smooth and everyone was nice and friendly. I went in yesterday to pick up the license plates to the car and when one of the associates tried to put on the license plates and realized he couldn’t he called the owner outside to see if he couldn’t do it. The owner came outside and began trying to drill the license plate directly onto the trunk of the car as the license plate holder was needing to be replaced as the screw holes were worn in and instead forcefully drilled two wholes into the back of the trunk with screws that were way too long and would obviously not work. after I asked him to stop drilling as he was damaging the car and you could see pieces of paint and metal dust flying off the car. I had to get a little upset for them to finally stop. I’m not one for Google reviews but it’s upsetting to watch someone carelessly damage a car that you buy with your hard earned money regardless of how small the damage was.

UPDATE: I'm beyond frustrated with my car still broke down with my windows half way down and it's been raining all inside my truck because Steve has failed to get my truck picked up and fixed and it's been raining enough that I can only imagine how much damage there is to my truck all because Steve can't comply with the contract I signed with him. Mario as well has been giving me the run around and leaving me on hold and not returning and I have been hung up almost every single time I have called this week. Even the ladies that work at the FedEx store in same building have been giving me run arounds and I'm just sick of this. I'm need to get my truck towed for 175 and sent to a mechanic outside of the dealership. This is crazy and it's nonsense. My A/C as well has been mentioned to Mario and Steve many many times before and nothing I believe it's been 4× that my truck has been "worked on and fix" and I pay my deductible and still has problems. I'm about ready to get a petition going I am VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED
Steve my truck is being asked when is the wreck going to pick it up I'm calling and my calls are being forwarded and I'm being hung up on I don't appreciate this especially putting $7000+ on a vehicle you knew had issues please contact me ASAP

Finally purchased my forever car! Process was simple, stress free and the price was so low. My Lincoln MKZ, fully loaded, low miles is more than I could've bargained for! Ty to Steve for prioritizing my needs and getting me into something affordable and beautiful!??

I purchased a used vehicle in January 2024 with a promise to fix certain things (it is written on the contract). However, we are now going into June 2024 and all I have received is the run around. When the parts to my vehicle are replaced/repaired, I will update this review. Until then, this dealership gets one star or less. Please consider when purchasing there.

This business is inconsiderate to everyone who comes within one block from it. There is a loudspeaker that blasts the unwanted noise from a local radio station 24/7. It has been that way for several years. Fortunately a group of neighbors who have had to put up with this noise for too long are about to take legal action. An attorney working pro bono will be registering a formal complaint with the city. (There are ordinances about noise.) I look forward to this, as the owner of the business has shown no regard for anyone but himself. If he thinks this is a good way to bring customers in, then he is seriously mistaken. He is just seen as a nuisance that would be better GONE.

As a mother I need a dependable vehicle that will last me a long time. Buying a brand new car was not in my long term budget, so I did my research for what I wanted and looked for a clean low mileage Honda. I saw a few online, but the first place I went to was Olmos Park auto. The staff was courteous, upfront, professional, and quick to show me the carfax, which made me feel good about my decision to purchase. I’ve just started working on my credit, and olmos park was able to get me approved with a monthly payment that was below my budget. I’m glad I went to this dealership, and will send anybody I know who is looking for a car. Thank you guys for the car... I love it!
