“I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.”

“I came to the shop without a scheduled appointment because my driver side window would not roll down. They fixed that and then started looking for a door because my door handle was broken. They could not find a door but are still looking. The shop was clean and the mechanics were all friendly - all in all, a very nice experience.”
“Went to get an oil change today at the location on Wetmore and Thousand Oaks. The mechanics here are very professional and knowledgeable. Also very friendly and always giving tips on the maintenance on your car. Other oil change places always just focus on making an extra buck and not polite at all. I arrived and knew exactly what was wrong, I had two terminal connectors that were damaged and needed replacement.
They looked at it, quoted me 2-3 hours 300-500 job. I agreed. Left the car there for the day; later, they advise me it’ll take the whole day. I arrived for pickup, but when I arrived they tell me they couldn’t find the pig tails to repair the terminals. The job was not done.
They tell me they spent a lot of time calling multiple dealers and scouring the web for the parts, but to no avail. So they charged me a diagnostic fee of $150, to tell me that the problem would require them to buy two complete wiring harnesses, for over $2,000 and snip the terminal connectors they need and fix it that way.
I declined that service, got the car, and went to the dealer’s parts department. Showed them a picture of the damaged parts. They pulled up the terminal connector and wires right away. I got some tools from harbor freight, watch some YouTube videos and did the job myself for a total of $150 and 2 hours of my time. I thought it would be extremely difficult; as they made it seem, it wasn’t.
Overall I spent time keeping up with them for progress, spent my friend’s time to drive me to and from the shop, and spent $150.
On the bright side, the staff was super nice, and the place was clean as a whistle.”

“I was so anxious about my old vehicle. It has issues and the driving was rocky at best. I took it to AT Automotive and they worked on my car that had many issues and returned it to me in 2 days. AT Automotive is courteous, fast and reasonable. My ex seeing all this said he needs to take his car to them. He was impressed. Thank you AT. I finally drove out of town to see my family at the cemetery and go farther to eat some good sausage and I told my ex that now we can go to the coast.”

“My sister had a flat, on a Sunday evening. Her car barely made it as we came across to Brake Check! They were closing, but saw our needs and not only tried to put air in, but a large leak and/or rim problems. Gave us all the probabilities and possibilities of the tire problems! They worked on our tire, after hours. And didn’t take advantage of our vulnerable position. Now that’s service! We would have been left without no help. Tire had a huge hole after we hit a pothole. They were the kindest and went way out to help us 3 senior ladies. CHRIS,, JOEY & ANTOINE thank you soooo much for helping us. Our tire heros @the I10 Frontage by UTSA exit location.”
“My Jaguar XF lost all power and I had it towed expecting to hear the worst. Instead I was greeted by Owner Karen who immediately recognized the problem. He then proceeded to verify the problem. Although several codes came up his experience told him it was something very simple. He went above and beyond my wildest expectations when he called the dealer and allowed me to hear his shop's price and what it would cost me retail. Needless to say it was a big difference. So, he told me not to worry and gave me rhe part at his price. I was back rolling within 4 hours. MGM Auto will be my first stop moving forward. I highly recommend MGM Auto.

“If anyone needs honest mechanics that work be done on your car or truck i recommend they can try this place first before anybody else i just went for a wheel alignment and they did a wonderful job and if it needs parts they'll tell you what it needs before alignment in case you can't afford the parts just let them know this employee's will do it as best they can without guarantees it'll stay as straightforward as much as they can.
