Used to come here when in a hurry and on the run to get copies printed signed and so on with their convenient self service printing but it has been out of service for months and now everyone needs to wait in line . Terrible management. ??

No printing services available til 9am which I drove 20min to get printing services so this this need to be addressed on website so customers are not driving out of their way for services available til certain time. So disappointed. Plus restrooms are trash…dirty no toilet paper, just trashy.

I utilized the "print the same day" online options, AND I submitted the order for 50 business cards at 11pm for a 6pm next day pick up. That's fine. Ok. I get a call at 3pm next day telling me there's issues with the printer and my order was sent to the next Office Depot 5 miles out the way. My order wasn't ready until 8:50pm. At this point Office Depot needs to get rid of the "print the same day" option because it's a scam.

Been here for almost an
hour...I was told my business cards could be made now they tell me they can't...no we apologize or anything...Monique is the manager I even called before coming to this location...I'm still waiting to get a one page contract lease to be typed out forme..my feet hurt I'm so dissatisfied

They claimed they couldn't provide tracking information for a package that had label with tracking number & lady with glasses and curly black hair was initially rude & had no knowledge about the store that she works at being affiliated with FedEx. Walgreens quickly gave me tracking info without any issue.

Placed print order online. Received notice it was ready. It wasn't in the pickup area so had to wait for 30 minutes to puck it up.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Worst employee there is Monica. Super rude. Totally unprofessional. If she hates that job so much she should quit and give the opportunity to someone that actually wants to work. Made me wait for almost an hour (55 minutes) to print a job that was emailed in 2 hours prior. Never going back.
