The worst possible customer service. Employees do not appear busy and we're not interested in helping me, but talking to one another. One star because the zero stars were not an option.

I had some posters printed. Advertised hours are that they close at 8PM. I get off at 7PM so I go after work, just to have the man at the desk put a Closed sign in my face when I'm next in line at 7:40. If I hadn't ordered and paid ahead, I'd cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. But instead I can't pick up my order that's paid for and that I've already received confirmation is ready for pick up. Pathetic customer service.

On Mondays says it closes at 9pm but thats wrong it closes at 8pm. Just an FYI dont be like me thinking its open an hour late on purpose. Nope not open. Change your hours!
